Love living here! Beautiful wooded property with modern amenities. Friendly staff always there to help. Local parks across the street! Best apartment community I??â„¢ve ever lived in! Centrally located to shops and restaurants yet private and cozy property!

Move in was simple. The hardest part was choosing which of the amazing floor plans to move into. There was a staff member helping me at every step and even after I moved in they have always been really nice and helpful.

I love the woodsy feel of the property and appreciate being able to go to the gym anytime. The great room offers a coffee and refreshment bar and the grounds are spacious enough to provide great walks. When I need a change of scenery, I walk in the park across the road. And the layout of my apartment gives a sense of space beyond even the square footage. I am very happy with my Raveneaux experience. It is truly a luxury apartment community.

welcoming and quiet community. This is a true escape from the hussel and bussel of Houston. Great value for the price. the residence and staff are very nice and the amenities are perfect. A great place to live.

It's fine, they're older apartments so the parking isn't the best but the woods all in between are very nice. The trash needs to be more maintained but the staff is friendly. Also I feel they try to get the community together and do things like taco trucks which is nice.

This is one of the best apartments in the i love it.. everything isbexceptional. the office staff is wonderful,courteous, and helpful and the property is absolutey was the best decision ive ever made leasing here. the grounds are kept up, neat and clean enviroment and beautiful , lush landscaping and woods scenery. I love it!!

Nice neighbors, great office staff, enjoyable and comfortable apartment. I feel safe walking my dogs no matter what time. Plenty of lighting throughout to feel safe the entire time. Very nice gym area with lots of cardio machines.

Our experience has been great! We love the sense of community throughout the complex. The fire pit and grills are great and they just recently updated their gym with new equipment. They also introduced a LuxerOne mail system which is not only really cool, but very convenient! The staff is friendly and helpful and overall we enjoy our apartment

For the most part it's quiet, I feel safe, maintenance is very good, I like the personnel in the office. Probably the biggest drawback is lack of parking spaces. The location is great as there is shopping, gas stations, major highways, all very conveniently located.

It has been good. Only complaint is the gates frequently beeing open at night. Thr managment also failed to inform residents of a robbery that occurred on the property. The staff is very friendly and the new updatrs are very nice.
