When I first moved in I was extremely impressed. The last year I've noticed a change in the trash areas being over runned, kids riding bikes at entrance gates, and gardeners blowing debris on my property. It has definitely declined, but is still a great place to live.

I have been living here for about a year. I love the layout of my apartment. The staff is amazing and helpful. Quick response to any maintenance issues. I had visited many other apartments and hands down this is the best value. Love this community.

I've really loved my experience at this property. Everyone is very friendly and the main office building is absolutely beautiful! I love the new lockers for packages. That's a HUGE plus in my book! The gym has minimal equipment, but is kept clean. I've never had any problems with any neighbors except for some of them not parking in their space. Many times people park over the line or so crooked that you can't use the space next to them which sometimes makes finding a parking spot very difficult.

Lovely and peaceful place to live.. The pool and gym are very clean.Their new package system is also very convenient.The only problem is the cobwebs on the hallways.Other than that This is a lovely community

I'm incredibly disappointed in how the Raveneaux staff handles and conducts business. I'm a previous resident, and in my opinion cottonwood has completely ruined the way this place was run. The old staff got things done, when you needed them, promptly, and with a smile. I was relying on them for a rental verification and had to wait over a week for them to figure things out. They first tried to tell me that I had the wrong fax number, to then inform me their fax was broken. So they gave me an email, WHICH THEN BOUNCED BACK. I called their office back to try and get answers bc my move in date is approaching and my apartment was STILL waiting on them, and no one answered any of my calls or returned any of the messages I left. When I finally got through the NEXT day, their Asst manager tried to act as if I was a huge inconvenience and she would do it when she had the time. I even had to call back AGAIN after waiting 3 hours and her telling me she would do it in 10 minutes. All in all, it's not hard to be a decent person and keep your word. I'm highly disappointed in the way the entire situation was handled.
