This place sucks. Very rude neighbors and management takes their time. I have only had maybe 2 weeks without drama and a grown --- man lives above me that won't stop stomping. This place sucks the walls and floors are paper thin. Kids popping fireworks anywhere from 1am to 5am, the same kids knocking on peoples doors and running into the entrance gate. There have been more than 6 cars ive viewed that had there wheels stolen. I even helped the complex avoid a lawsuit and still no respect. This is really ridiculous.

I moved here on June 15, 2024 and the apartment that they knew for a month before I came was not ready at all. The apartment was dirty, had roaches, bugs, and cosmetic issues. I had to stay in a hotel for 4 days. When I confronted management about this issue they suggested that they move me to another apartment on the 3rd floor. They also said that they would give me 150 dollar credit toward my rent. I had already spent 400 dollars on hotels and I had to pay movers for a 2nd time to move my things from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor in a different building. They then said they could offer me a 250 dollar credit but that's all they could do. At this time I had already spent 650 dollars. I paid movers to move me to the third floor and in a matter of a few days I had issues with the air conditioning. I have a service dog and I had set the thermostat to 75 degrees at 7:00AM. I get home at 6:00PM and the temperature was 87 degrees. I was told that the issue was the air conditioning was low on freon. Here we are a week later and the same issue. I set my thermostat to 77 before I left for work and I come back at 6:00PM and the temperature in the house is 86 degrees. I've contacted maintenance and have not heard anything. I'm currently writing this review sitting in an apartment that is 82 degrees in the middle of the summer. This has been the worst experience I've ever had living in a place.

Please don’t spend $1000+ on this waste bin called an apartment. The security gates don’t work. The appliances you see on the pictures they advertise is not available, so that is not what you will be having. If you put a work order , don’t bother they won’t show up. The trash section over flows all the time and I will be updating pictures. Be reassured that they won’t do their own part of the bargain but things like your car being towed will happen very often. They are strict on that but not strict on cleaning the environment, not fixing the main gate when it is broken, so you are not safe because anyone can come in. I have only been in this apartment 15 days and all the things I write are true. My name is Abong Akwafei that is if you want to verify if I am a resident. When you see those reviews believe them because they are actually true. I will be leaving same review on all known sites so it can safe someone else. People are leaving the apartment at a more faster rate than they are coming in. Don’t rely on the leasing office helping you on nothing. I am not in the character of leaving reviews on when I know someone else doesn’t need to suffer what I did suffer. Thanks

ROACH INFESTED!!! They don't even deserve one star this place is INHABITABLE!! The residential service is on a scale of HORRIBLE to nonexistent. As soon as I began Unloading my car and moving in there were active roaches all over the apartment!! I asked for my lease to be canceled and after nearly 2 weeks and 2 fumigations the manager not only ignored my calls and emails at every attempt to cancel my lease and get my money back, but finally Megan agreed that I would receive my money and I still have yet to get a check after paying 1088 in rent plus a deposit and 1000 bond. After driving on the road for 2 days to come sign a lease and be given a roach infested apartment and have staff respond saying this was an under sight on their part and not actually rectify the situation by refunding my money, I am disgusted at my experience with these people they are soo unprofessional. I had to pack everything after my first night of attempting to move in and stay in a hotel until I found Another apartment. The staff is incompetent and very unprofessional they don't answer your calls they ignore your emails and the "manager" is unfit for her title as she either doesn't know how to communicate or just simply refuses not to. If you are looking to move here I hope this review reaches you in time, let this be a warning DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will regret giving these people your money for sure, they do not care about residential living standards, or resident satisfaction. If you want to pay for roaches and Incompetent residential service this is your best bet. And management please do not bother to comment on my review with a fake apology, if you're sorry refund my money period.

They are VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. Once I applied no one reached out to me. I had to go into the office 2 weeks later only to find out that they never ran my application. Once that happened still no word for another week. I then wrote an email regarding the issue and lack of communication. The ------ leasing agent (-------) wrote back stating that I would receive a call. Another week goes by and no response so I sent another email only to find out that they still had not fully complete my stuff. So a whole month later they still have not completed it fully. Their reason being was because the person I was working with no longer works there. Which that should have not been an issue because the ------ agent (-------) is the one who responded to my first email, but she tried to put the blame on the agent who no longer works there. Needless to say I won't be morning there and neither should you!

De haber visto El apto verdadero antes de aplicar no lo alquilaba, pues El que me mostraron no estaba en estas condiciones, este apto le falta mucho mantenimiento todas Las puertas y gavetas son una cochinada, Los artefactos electricos estan muy viejos y en mal estado, no hay suficiente puesto de estacionamiento, no hay parque para niños, no Los entregan en optimas condiciones y Al reportar Las fallas no Los resuelven con Buena gana, Al parecer Al personal de mantenimiento no le pagan bien.

Don't ever think about this Dirty complex. Just take a look at the picture that I posted and you will see what the F is going on here. They charge us for trash service and look the ----in dumpster after a week!!!!!!!

Living on the Aventura property has been a very profound experience. Just when I thought perfection couldn't be attained in any facet of life, then, boom, my stay here happened. From the leasing agents to the maintenance workers, they all have been consummate professionals with amazing customer service.

The staff is new so they are understanding. It's the old staff that are rude and obnoxious. Residents are loud and noisy. There is no security and the trash cans only accommodate the far end of the building.

I have been living for 2 years and i love the community. When we first leased we used to live in the one bedroom unit but when our lease gt over we moved to 3 bedroom unit .Me and my kids asolutely love Marquis .The service request are completed asap .The staff is very friendly and overall it is very clean community. I would give 5 star rating.
