I had a leaking washer that dripped water all into my apartment hallway. I put in a maintenance request a couple days ago to fix it and they came super quick and were very niceee So far it’s working pretty well! :)

Mr. Miguel was so nice and very prompt with my service request! He came and fixed my sink, but stayed to fix a lightbulb and my sliding door all in one sitting! I totally appreciate his help today! Thank you so much

whenever I have an issue they know how to handle it both maintenance and office have good communication with me so I do not have problems. Would be awesome to have more visitor parking. It’s peaceful in my area I love it
