This is one of the best properties I’ve looked at when it came to finding my next home. Kelly was very helpful with showing me around and with help on filling out the application online. Very clean place and gated was a plus.

I had such an incredible experience with the leasing agent Erik during my apartment search. He was so patient and accommodating, allowing me to take my time exploring the property without feeling rushed. Not only did he provide me with all the information I needed about the apartment, but he also surprised me by showing me the beautiful lake on the property that I didn't even know existed. Erik’s attention to detail and genuine care for his clients truly stood out to me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Maintenance guys are very friendly, especially Gerardo. He is always willing to help. I needed a repair on my AC and he directed me call the office to report it and quickly he showed up to fix my AC issue. Thank you

Kudos for Maintenance Technician Gerardo. He helped me by changing the batteries to my thermostat and have noticed him around the property that is very friendly and smiley. He always says hi when we cross paths.

Rims and tires was stolen off my car in April 2022 &car left on bricks, due to the fact the front gates constantly stayed open during March and April. Office staff said cameras don’t work/record. Residence safety and security was compromised since there was no proper gate closure. Myself and another tenant car was on bricks. Emailed the office and went into the office. There was no care or concern. No email reply. Nonchalant attitudes. We arnt cared for as residents. Office staff don’t care. Will NOT release nor recommend this place to anyone. They don’t walk common areas. Peoples boxes of trash will be on their patios for months. Bird poo and filthy common areas.

I don’t recommend moving to these apartments. Beautiful on the outside but the truth happens when you move in. Amongst my other issues this one takes the cake. I’ve Been living here 6months and this morning my car was on bricks. All 4 tires & rims stolen. They keep the front gates wide open leaving the property vulnerable to thieves. Office people are nonchalant and don’t go above and beyond to help you or care about your personal life or issues. Don’t move here unless you want your car on bricks.

I have a good experience with the staff and meet my every need going on three years living at Northgate Apartments. The maintenance people always on time for a repair when I put in a request for my apartment. I enjoy working out in the fitness center to invest in my health.

Nice community, no noise, clean, nice water environment, friendly neighbors, good front staff, spacious apartments, nice utilities, good colors interior decor.The stairs should be upgraded though to modern finishing.

Excellent from day one, the office staff was friendly and pleasant though the whole process I really enjoyed the whole experience, and still to this day my office visits are just as pleasant, glad to know that here at Northgate oaks we have a great staff in place thanks.
