Disgusting,nasty apts. They Dont fix anything in your apartment. Roaches practically live there. Management does not know what they are doing.....DON'T MOVE HERE please!!!!!!

The best advice I would give to anyone is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Yes it's quiet but at night you have idiots breaking into your vehicles or vandalizing them. The security gates are never fixed and some mysterious way your mailboxes are always opened. Management is rude as hell and the potholes will tear your vehicle up!! Worst apartments I have ever stayed in.

Worse apartment complex EVER!!!!! Please do not move here. My A/C would always break. Maintenance SUCKED!! They would patch it up and the next month it would be broken again!!! I had problems with insects. My brother came to visit while I was living here and late one Saturday night, someone broke into his vehicle and stole his CD player, and damaged his car pretty bad. The apartment complex could not do anything about it. The manager at that time acted like she did not care. The manager that took over in 2009 was the worse!!! she was very RUDE! PLEASE be careful because they will say you owe them once your lease is up and put it on your credit report. RUN as fast as you can away from this place!!!!!!!!! Also, the pictures on there website of the complex looks NOTHING like the actual apartments.They are old and runt down. SOOOOO glad I don't live there anymore!

these apartments are bad as hell and dirty as hell they have rats in there and the workers there are lazy and they steal out your apartment. I came home and my window was broken and the way my apartment is set up no one can break in or jump the fence. Do no move there at all. and the rent goes up every 6 months not worth the price

If you want your car broken into it's the perfect place i had mine broken into twice in one week...There was sewage leaking in the parking lot..

Crosswinds is not the newest or prettiest place in greenspoint, but you cannot beat the staff. The manager really goes out of her way to help residents -she helps them by clipping coupons, job fairs, and recipe sharing - who do these things in todays world. my apartment is nice and big with built in shelves. i love my home and my neighbors

I lived at Crosswinds Apartments for 8 years I will be honest with you. Crosswinds used to be the apartment of all apartments in the Bush IAH area. I moved there when the apartment start going down and then it was still better than normal. And then a neighbor downstairs start smoking dope and spitting all over the stairs and I complained. The office management gladly moved me to the apartments closer towards the front. All hell broke loose. I was single and living along and I was being harassed by ------ rats They would put food on my car, someone keyed my car and one guy knocked on my door and told me he did not like me because I did not come out to socialize with the rest of the residence. I ll be honest. I worked at a local hotel (night audit) when I left in the evening to go to work you would see the same guys outside drinking beer and smoking weed, when I returned home around 7:30am you will see the same guys still up, still smoking weed and drinking beer. So why in the heck would I want to socialize with the like of folks like that??? I worked; they didn t end of story I had a piece of mess living next door to me. Good as he felt, he would beat his wife (pregnant wife) and the officer manager would call ask me about it, because the wife would come to the office with bloody, swollen lips and black eyes. (I became friends with the office management staff) the man next door to me would try talking to me while his battered wife slept next door and his brother came by one day, high after smoking dope and left a pot on the stove burning. If I did not call 911 the apartment would have burn down. The man caused so much damage to the kitchen from that (small) fire it cost the apartment a pretty penny to make repairs. My apartment smelled like smoke for weeks! Grrrr! No doubt the guy knew I reported him and he so-called paid me back for telling... One morning I returned home to find someone had broken into my apartment. My old television (no remote) and a leather jacket were stolen. Not a big lost, but I felt violated, and could still feel the presence of the invader in my apartment. After filing a complaint and since I have lived there for so many years the apartment manager allowed me to have burglar bars installed Once those bars were installed I began seeing bags of garbage tossed in my patio and gum stuck on my burglar bars. At this point I knew it was time to go because Crosswinds Apartments begin renting to trashy people. I no longer live in Houston, Texas but there was an apartment complex (Haverstock) not sure how to spell it (not sure if it is still there). But this apartment was section 8 and the little criminals would squeeze through the Crosswinds fence or break our security gate and pour in to create havoc like cockroaches Crosswinds just need to clean up their act. Throughout the years I have met some of the nicest office managers and some of the most obnoxious ones. I do not miss Crosswinds Apartments and I pray if you are living there and hard-working that you will find somewhere better to live soon. Take care!

I just have on thing to say THE NEXT 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE LIVING ON THIS NASTY APARMENTS IS GOING TO BE THE MOST TERRIBLE MONTHS OF MY LIFE I HAVE A 9 MONTHS AND THE APARMENTS ARE FULL OF ROACHES I FEEL SO BAD THAT I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT ALL THIS BUT IF YOU ARE SMART PLEASE DON'T RENT HERE AND IF YOU DO YO WILL SEE THAT I'm NOT LYING TO YOU ALL

IF you live here, I recommend that you have alarms on your vehicles because they are breaking into them. Second, I recommend that you have a gun to defend yourself because people get robbed here and nothing is done. This apt complex is not worth living in and it is not safe for kids. Drug trafficing and theft goes on in the middle of the night while the security is on there phones while they are sitting in there vehicles. My vehicle was stolen here and nothing was done to help recover it. They also try stealing my other vehicle but didnt because it had an alarm. I do not recommended it to nobody to live here especially if you have kids.
