Today Is Jan.18,2010 And My Neighbors on the third floor just had a home invansion at gun point and it was just kids in the apartment they were so scared and crying so i thinking about breaking my lease and moving am not gonna risk my family so i would not recomend anyone with a family to move in these dangous apartment .....

I know that a lot of people have complaints, but I have lived in Crosswinds Apartments for about 1 1/2 years. I have had no problems that were not easily taken care of. The staff have been nothing but kind, and the maintenance personell have been very helpful and respectful. They watch out for me and my apartment. I am very happy with my choice of where to live. I will say this, I think anywhere that you live can be good or bad depending on how much you put into it. If you give the management and staff the opportunity to know you and you give them the respect that you expect from them, then you will get the same in return.

I have lived at Crosswinds for 4 years now, I love my apartment!! The grounds are always clean and well groomed! The rent has always been reasonable! There is a property down the street that causing alot of problems for the whole area but the office has done a wonderful job keeping that trash out of our community. In the 4 years that i have lived here there has been several managers attempt to run Crosswinds but the manager that is here now is has been the best! I am proud to call Crosswinds my home

I lived there for 4 years, at first the management was greal good, maint. was ok, and very safe, I moved out in 8/2010, no screens, was broken into twice, and next door neighbor had a gun, and just about 1-2 times a week he and his live in had a fight, and fire guns up in the ceilings, fireplace, and accross the walkway. Security was a joke. it was not safe. You could not walk out tothe parking lot in fearing if you were safe. The maint. would not fix nothing water links for 2 weeks, also the plumbling in downstains bathroom was bad. when the building stop off, from upstair you would get the other people (waste)Feces over flow from your toilet. The management would not do nothing, just keep collecting rent. From rating 1 to 10- its s a 1. Also your cars was broken into a lot of times, with alarms on, and security just laugh.

When i went in to look at an apartment they greeted me with a smile. the office staff was very nice it was hot outside so they offered me some water through the tour the pools where nice, and the apartment that the woman showed me was very clean nice and it is an apartment i would like to live in in the fituere. I talked to a resident on the way out they said they have been living here for years and they said it is a wonderful place to live the hole staff is awsome about keeping up with workorders and the grounds stay pretty clean.
