We have lived in Carrington Park for three years and we have been happy here. I am mainly writing this review to thank the maintenance team,complex manager and office office staff for being extremely helpful and professional. The maintenance team is a group of hard working guys who get their job done and are willing to do whatever they can to keep the residents happy. Thank you again for everything you do!!!

I really did like living here. The location was perfect, the apartment was nice for the price, and our neighbors kept to themselves (which was awesome). This was before two maintenance workers decided to let themselves in my apartment this morning while I was gone!! Luckily my boyfriend was there and heard them come in. They said they were given a work order to come in and paint - but yet they had no painting materials with them. The apartment number was definitely written on the work order but I NEVER requested this! Even so, shouldn't I have received some sort of notification beforehand?! I do not feel safe here at all anymore. If I would have been there alone, I would have been so scared and called the police. Now management will not return my calls or emails...they are good about doing that.

This apt are the worst now with the new staff they are so unprofessional i realy miss the old staff this people dont know anything about how to treat the people that lived ther long they dont cear . I dont recomend this apt at all please dont lease hear stay away from hear i will not sign another contract this time around

I didn't plan on staying here but I have planned to stay. I don't know how and what happened but looks like everything in the office it self has changed for the better. I walked in last Saturday and the --------- leasing girl..I must say..is OUTSTANDING. This is probably the first time I had felt so welcomed in their. A welcoming office is the key to a happy resident.

I have lived here for a year and time to renew they want to start charging you out the a** for nothing. They have very poor communication, it took 6 months from the time that I moved in for them to fix my ice maker. Customer service sucks and they dont want to work with you, put themselves first before anyone else. Apartments are nice and I feel very safe here but it feels weird going to the office to make a payment or workout. They are not happy to be there and you can feel it.
