My experience has been terrible. If you truly have no where else to live then consider this place. I have lived in some bad places, this is the worst of the worst. There are too many things to complain about that I don't know where to start.

I love it! management is super nice and relyable, safe area, clean apartment, and bug free! one con is the laundry facilities are not very clean but everything else is near perfect! definitely recommend this place :)

I love the community. The neighbors seen nice, the area is clean, there are a lot of convenience stores nearby, the job is close to home, they have a park where I can play basketball, and my apartment is very nice.

I moved here in March 2017. The move was fine and the ladies in the office made my move so comforting and easy. I love my place. I recommended this place to a friend and she moved in July and I found I loved her place better than mine

Not bad but not great. Lack of hot water is a deal breaker for me. The fact that I can never find parking is very frustrating. It is close to 45 so that's a plus. The staff is great. Have had no problems with them.

DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY STEAL, THROW YOUR THINGS OUT WITHOUT YOU KNOWING PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT RENT FROM THEM NOT EVEN A YEAR. THEY ARE TWO FACED.

I am a current resident at La Jolla Champions. I have been a resident here for less than a month and I have had a terrible experience already. First, the day my family and I moved, (a 14 hour move) we were told we didn't have an apartment because of a change in management, paperwork was misplaced. We had to get a hotel that first night. We came the next day and was told we had to pay an additional deposit, which no one bothered to inform us of that before move in. When we got to the apartment, it was not up to par. Many things were broken and inoperable. The management is VERY rude. They lie to you and expect you to take it. PLEASE find other housing. This is not a place I'd EVER recommend!!

I just moved in June 2013. So far so good. The only problem I've come across is management not believing me when I told them my first month's rent was only $100. I came across a special back in May (look and lease, $500 off first month's rent). Even when this was verified, I STILL received a red notice on my door saying I owed $500. I had to go back down to the office to once again have it verified. These people STILL came to my door attempting to change the locks! When I opened the door, one of the leasing agents recognized me and realized he had the wrong apt (hehehe). Ugh that was a pain and maintenance can be slow but to be fair, they do spend a hell of a lot of time remodeling the other units. Parking is ok....surprisingly it is very quiet at night. Top Gun Security has at least 3 officer patrolling every day and night so I feel really safe as a single mom. The only thing that sucks is that there is no onsite laundry facility. If there is, I haven't found it yet. Like I said, I just moved in 2 months ago! Locked in for a year so we'll see how good this continues to go.....

Nice apartment so far 6 months into contract; POOL IS STILL CLOSED DURING SUMMER AND TOO MANY ROCKS!!!

Piece of ---- apartments! staff doesn't show any concern or intent to fix any issues going on, niether does the manager!Been living with a leak, causing my carpet in the closet to be soaking wet as well as BLACK mold on the cieling and they haven't done a thing! Can't wait til my lease is up!
