Good community friendly and well kept. The staff is super sweet and friendly. Rebecca's customer service is fantastic. All the girls that work the front are great. We haven't met anyone that hasn't been friendly

I have upstairs neighbors that constantly disturb my peace & quiet which makes me hate it here, often. I'm hanicapped-no right leg-and my parking is not handicap friendly. Sidewalks are severely buckled. Tripping hazard and wheelchairs unable to use. Very dangerous

Roaches in the refrigerator Im totally turned off hate we signed a lease. Very slow about getting us a new one. Management team acted as if we were the problem. Already ready for this lease term to be over.

Best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The office staff, and maintenance crew is always kind and professional. The area is well kept with beautiful plants, and its very quiet. Its also conveniently located for walking.

I want my mom to be happy and comfortable. It makes me sad to see her grieving for her husband. This won't be a very good example of an accurate survey. Because I'm not reading the questions. And I performed the maintenance I requested. The head of maintenance said he couldn't do anything until I bought the proper hardware. I bought the hardware and installed the project. I never heard a word back. Other than emails stating they completed the job. I completed the job.

office staff is always helpful and the property is always well kept clean quite and love living here friendly neighbors and it's been a joy to have the opportunity to live here so many years. I would love to be here a few more years.

very quiet, except a dog barking once in a while, i do not see any residents ever except going to thier car , people have been pleasant. the office staff are great. everything is clean. its nice to be near some stores.

I've had noisy neighbors. The floors creak like crazy. There was a roach problem that I had to correct on my own. My apartment was bugbombed with no warning. Trash fee of $30 is insane. I like the location and the staff. The facility itself is definitely overpriced.

The move in process was incredibly smooth! Special thanks to the leasing office, especially Rebecca. She went above and beyond for me and I could not say enough good things about her! My darling apartment is lovely and so is the community.
