Can someone please address the amount of drugs being sold through the parking lot in front of building D? It's been brought to you guys attention but instead of something being done to prevent this it seems like the people responsible are being given safe haven to continue these actions.

I've been waiting for almost 6 months for maintenance and after multiple requests I have gotten nothing but excuses. A/C barely blows (they say that's common), heater does not work at all, bugs - lots and lots of bugs, appliances are on their last leg, windows are sealed shut, water stinks like sewage, water temp is never steady (it will literally go from scalding hot to chilling cold), and if you use the microwave all of your lights dim. Since anyone can review these apartments, if it is a positive review it is actually the property management doing their own review. Feel free to stop and talk to anyone you see walking to their car, the truth will be told then. Overall I've seen more money and time spent on the shrubs and office repairs than anywhere else on this property. I will definitely be moving and making sure I post this review everywhere.

I moved in in August and totally see a great change now we have beautiful landscaping which looks amazing . Office staff is great they really care of everyone that lives here, the outside look clean is a nice quite community and we're close to everything :)

Have lived here for 1 1/2 years and have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay here. There have been three different Management staffs during my tenure and the present staff has, by far, been more involved in the enhancement of the property and units. They have been pro-active concerning any of my issues. I had an A/C leak that turned into a mold issue in my carpet. The Staff offered to put in flooring. Maintenence has always responded to my issues, more times than not, the same day. There is a security guard who is actively patrolling at night but since I have been here there have only been minor issues that one could expect from an apartment community. The grounds are normally kept in OK condition but this IS an older property so it's not a deal breaker for me.

We have lived here for two months now, and everything has been great, the apartments are big, the ladies in the office are friendly and make sure the tenants are taken care of, parking is never a issue, and we are to a lot of businesses.

Moved in a couple of months ago & have no complaints so far. I had a leak in my bathroom that was promptly fixed. I work from home so I need a quieter community & found that here. I would recommend this community for families with or without children. Clean well kept stores are within walking distance as well as a great library.

Quiet and convenient place to live..I have not had any problems in the 8 months I have resided here. No bugs, or any other infestation issues. The staff is friendly and paying rent online is very easy. The lawn is always manicured. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place

This place sucks they never want to fix nothing obviously you can see the picture that they use duct tape as a solution to plumbing . The office is very un organize... You can hear each neighborhood around you very thin walls is just a horrible place to stay so I repeat do not move here or you going to regret it.

I moved to these apartments in the middle of july and I love it! Since I have been here I have had one or two small issues and The staff and office manager addressed them quickly. I know there is a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have never once had a issue with the staff or anything like that, in fact I have left all my windows on my car open in a high foot traffic area and in the morning nothing was missing or damaged. Its my personal opinion that a few of these negative review's are from people who are use to getting there way and problem people and dont like the fact that the new management is doing there there best to get rid of the the trash that causes the problems...

Overall, it's a nice area to live in. The school district is great, my neighbors are great. There are a few minor things that need to be addressed. The dumpster is the main issue to me. The residents act like they don't know how to place trash in the trash can. So it makes the area look nasty. Other than that, management now is good. I've been here a little over a year and this is the best management by far!
