I have been here for over a year and I do enjoy living at this complex. Great area. Great school district. Convenient to grocery stores and convenience stores. Lots to do around here. Wish the parking lot around here was a little more convenient but I'm sure they are going to fix that soon.

I love the apartment I have at The Riviera. Dark wood-look laminate flooring, black appliances (at no extra cost!) and a spacious floor plan. I don't hear a peep out of the neighbors and it's great to have a covered parking space (also at no extra cost!). I also like the location as it is close to everything! I have only been here a few months but I understand that since Melanie (the manager) has been on board, there are many improvements taking place. I have noticed that the area around the dumpsters have greatly improved over the past couple of months, and I'm told the pools and gym are being renovated as well.The office staff have been very kind to my family and I. Melanie, Monique, Norma and Tiffany are always very helpful, professional and friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed how easy the move in process was. We were able to apply and get approved in reasonably record time. The apartment itself is worth more than what we're paying for as compared to other places in the area. The neighborhood is outstanding, up to the point where children actually play outside in safety without negative influences or other issues. The staff has responded well to any requests we made, and the electronic payment system for paying rent is next gen, so rent is easier to pay with each paycheck, ultimately making budgeting so much easier. Simply outstanding apartments deserving of the name Riviera.

I have been on this property for nearly ten years. It is a GREAT location for a great price and nice size. I had considered moving out last year due to some sudden changes and neglect that was happening and more so because we had a rough patch for the past few years, but I can honestly say, over the past years, there has been some GREAT improvements. The new office staff, especially Tiffany and Norma are a pleasure and breath of fresh air. They make sure things get done and are always so pleasant and concerned. Melanie, the manager is just as sweet. She cares about her tenants and does what she can to make our time there a pleasant one. So for now, I'm content and look forward to all that they are planning to do with the property. I've always loved this area because of it's convenience and safety and I would hate to have to move.

My apartment at the Rivier at Clear Lake is the best apartment i have lived in. The floor plan is very spacious....and the back patio area is more like a back yard...i love it. And the office staff are so nice and friendly.
