So far so good. It's under new management so we will see . Oh LOTS of roaches . Never in all my years here have I had this problem. The pest control that we have sucks . Sorry but not sorry so we will see

I lived at The Gardens for 11 years and the safety at the complex has improved over that time especially the lighting. The staff are friendly and the maintenance team always resolves issues. However, the washroom machines need to be maintained more efficiently.

Very quiet, accessible to every freeway, love the staff in office and maintenance. Never had issues with break ins or any thing else. Love that you have friendly neighbors pet friendly best community I've lived at.

Great space for the price, community is well lit so not much loitering outside the complex. Only complaint would be that none of the units have washer and dryer connections and the laundromat on site is terrible, more than half the machines don't work and most aren't labeled as non functional. Other than that highly recommend

Community wise, there has been issues of increased disturbance and crime rate happening especially due to no cameras in the property. Management seems to contestantly change due to temp agents which leaves more room for error in your billing. The manager tends to belittle you and mock you for your concerns.

I have lived in the same unit in this community for over 20 years. The current management staff is some of the best we've ever had, very helpful, professional, and friendly. The overall quality of the people who live here is excellent -- no overly loud noise, unkept cars, nor suspicious behavior. The location of this community on a boulevard and in close proximity to a residential area makes it seem like one is living in a suburb, not within the inner city loop. Obviously, I'm very happy with my unit and this community or I wouldn't have been here all these years!

I've had a generally good experience living in this community. The location is convenient, and the amenities, like the pool and fitness center, are well-maintained and easily accessible. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever issues arise, which I truly appreciate. That said, there are areas where improvements could enhance the overall experience. Noise levels from nearby units can be noticeable, and lawn maintenance is done too frequently, causing unnecessary noise and spreading dirt onto cars. Additionally, we need security. Recently, there have been multiple incidents of car tires and wheels being stolen from the parking lot, which raises serious safety concerns. Stronger security measures would help make residents feel safer and more secure. As for maintenance, while the response is quick, the results often feel lazy. Issues are addressed, but the fixes aren't always thorough, and problems tend to resurface quickly. Overall, this is a nice place to live in and has a lot of potential. It's clear the management cares about the residents, and with improvements, particularly in security, lawn maintenance, and maintenance quality, this could be a top-notch option for renters.

The only real complaint I have which I think is shared by all in the complex is that the laundry room is atrocious. Washers and dryers are broken ALL the time and I have been unable to get a refund from the company.

Very pleased with the community and with management that stays on top of any issues that may arise. The grounds are kept manicured and the trash service is top notch, dumpsters are never overflowing.I feel that premises is very secure.
