Way too many bugs. Laundry room is not great. Gym is laughbale, I would prefer there was nothing over the "gym" that's provided. At LEAST put actual A/C IN THERE I MEAN JEEZ....The little ac unit in there looks like they got it out of the trash. One time I went in there and the door knob LITERALLY fell off the handle in my hand.

Has not been great this time around, have lived her previously and the staff just sucks. No communication and just dog ---- everywhere no one seems to pick up their dog ----. Breaking my my lease due to on going issues.

I have been living at the Gardens for about 5 months so far. Quiet area, convinient. Property staff just excellent and helpfull. I do jot regret at all moving in here. You always find a empty sport for the parking.

I love the apartment community. Location is perfect and its a nice area. Neighbors are very nice and look out for each other. Absolutely love the new bright lights that provide great sense of security. The one thing I would change is an updated gym room that is not on the third floor. Its advertised on the website but is not up to par.

I love my plan and view of my one bedroom and hate to move away. My plan of a triangular living room is great, and I have a view of the bayou. It is peaceful and quiet and the staff is helpful and competent.
