The area is Quiet, my apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are top notch and I appreciate the property staff. I am glad I chose this location to be my residence, everything about it is amazing!

The apartment units are nice, but the building needs some renovating. The biggest issue with the apartment is the excessive amount of Airbnb guests they allow in the building, which has created noise issues, waste issues, and safety issues. They do not offer sufficient printing or computers for apartment renters. Many apartments offer great business centers, but 1711 Caroline is lacking in that department. Lastly, the noise from Glyder Worldz is a big disturbance. Outside of that, the apartment and the staff are nice.

Horrible due to the constant traffic of strangers every weekend other than that it's ok the office staff is never available via phone maintenance was prompt trash pickup service has been mediocre could be better

This is the worst place I have ever lived. It is mostly Airbnbs so it is always loud, vomit and trash everywhere. It is not safe. The doors to the outside don't lock. The lobby elevator is always broken. It was down for 3 months and it currently out again. Every weekend the gate to the parking garage is broken so people park here from the club down the street or to go to Astros games. I have seen men urinating in the parking garage as if it was a bathroom, homeless people are always in the building. The garbage was not picked up for 2 months and "management" locked the trash rooms so it piled up in the hallways for weeks. The office staff is incredibly rude, any issues you bring to them they roll their eyes - especially Nicole. Work orders get marked completed when they don't actually complete the work. Recently some people sprayed fire extinguishers in the hallways in the middle of the night and broke into apartments when everyone evacuated. People had their items stolen and broken - management couldn't be bothered to show up or even send an email out to the community after the fact. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Was great when I moved in. Apparently they left their management company and added air b&bs and now there's trash everywhere and people steal things from the gym. Building itself is in disrepair. Half the treadmills haven't worked in a year. They stopped supplying wipes in the gym. People leave trash everywhere.

The manager isn't the friendliest and something in the building is always breaking (elevators). I wouldn't have moved in if the current managers were in place. It's not about the resident but making money!

Love the experience. Everyone was so hospitable and knowledgeable about the process. I think we will for sure tell anyone we know how our experience was and refer you guys. I like the view and the balcony

It's been good so far everything was fast picked up my keys moved in my unit was clean the patio view is very nice staff at the leasing office are nice and professional would recommend to anyone looking to move and plan on enjoying my experience here at 1711 Caroline

The beginning of my lease here at 1711 was nice, clean, and responsive. The only problem is that they do not tell you that they rent out units to Airbnb. So you constantly have loud strangers having party, making tons of noise, using all the amenities or dirtying the complex. In the beginning (2019), it wasnt as bad but start of 2022 the amount of units used for Airbnb has increased. Before renewing my lease for 2022 I was told they were removing Airbnb from the complex only to find out that they increased instead.

Requiring that much text is not a good idea for your website I'll repeat this again so that we can have 200 characters you need to adjust your website otherwise people look simply and abandon the survey one
