Stairwells are not kept clean. The courtesy officer never responds. For after hours, no emergency contact available for security and maintenance team. The exit door locks are often broken. The leasing office phone is rarely answered.

There is a lot of trash left in the stairways and basement halls. Needs to be power washed because of the dirt and smell. Stairway 4 door has been broken to the outside for days. Not save for the residents. Half of the treadmills are broke and no TV’s work on anything in the fitness center. Elevator one is the slowest I have been on. Staff is very nice, pool area is great and fitness area is clean.

New management took over in September and the place has gone downhill fast. The doors are never secured and there is no after hours number you can call for anything!! People throw loud parties, and the only thing you can do is complain in the morning after you've been kept up all night. Its not safe, its not quite, and half the time office staff isn't even in the office during office hours. Plus, if you are lucky enough to catch the office staff to complain, nothing is ever done about it. DONT DO IT. go to block 334 or somewhere else that all has after hours people around to handle noise complaints and security.

Doors arent secured all the time. Specifically the door across from the leasing office. And its been like that for months. The elevators are constantly out of order The trash from other residents is disgusting, in the hallways and in the stairwells. Same thing for the recycling room, specifically on the 5th floor.

This was always my dream place to live. I couldn't believe it when I was approved and stayed my first night. Since then it has aonky amazed me with the services and community. When covid hit and trouble came my way they were more then grateful to help.
