Poor management. Don’t have solutions of your problems. Stealing and parking are the biggest problems of this community. It’s not a safe place to live. If you open ticket for maintenance it takes a while to get completed. Poor amenities. This community management need ways to make money.

Property is such a beautiful vibe . The staff is amazing and interactive . Very welcoming . Quiet . Friendly . I recommend asking for Ana or Karla . It’s a very lovely place to stay . They go above and beyond

I don’t not recommend this complex!!! I have lived here for a year and the place just keeps going downhill. The corridors have been dirty since I moved here, but now they are just disgusting! Nasty stains everywhere. Some residents are very nasty not picking up their dog’s poop and piss in the elevators and leaving their trash out in the corridors. The residents near me are pretty quiet for the most part. Some Apts are INFESTED with ants throughout the entire apt with what the exterminator called ghost ants! The exterminator was no help at all either, so I had to get my own spray and spray the Apt literally from top to bottom once a month to keep them away. Traffic noise from Greenhouse seeps through your windows and sounds and feels like the “loud” cars are driving through your living and bedroom…their windows are terrible for soundproof! The pool area is nice, but you are only required 2 guests. The gym is lacking for a newer complex. They were bought by new owners a few months ago so the old staff left, and the new owners raised my rent by $150 for a 12 month lease which equates to an increase of 11.4%! I’ve never even heard of an increase like this. They even wanted to lower the existing staff’s wages and that’s why they left for new opportunities. I do not recommend Radius West!

I use to enjoy living here when Pegasus management was the managing agent. This new company Your Way property management is a joke. They hire an inexperienced so called Regional manager as she introduced herself as. She makes false promises, the office is only staffed with one person, who is trying to run everything. Parking is a nightmare ??, vehicle break ins are on a regular basis. You can obviously see the that the Regional management has no idea of what she is doing. She is argumentative and gives you ultimatums " if you don't like it here you can give your notice " what is up with that. YOUR WAY HIRE EXPERIENCED, INTELLIGENT PEOPLE TO RUN YOUR PROPERTIES, i have lived at several high end communities, this was once a decent one, no it has gone down hill. Dirty interior corridors, no customer service and a mini ------ running your properties. Please hire people that know what they doing and have customer service skills. I have to post this anonymously, I do not need Hilter firing on me.

This apartment looks so beautiful outside and a nice place to live. However, I hate that they don't have enough parking for residents and guesses. I work at night shift and get home with no parking, running around looking for parking. This isn't very pleasant for me. I will move out soon because of this issue.

Ever since they changed property management companies to Your Way Management Team in November 2021, it’s been pure hell to live here. The on-site manager resigned as well as the other office staff so the property is currently not being managed. Trash everywhere, gate broken, and car thefts. Management is unresponsive to issues. The rent is too high for these conditions. Go rent elsewhere. It’s a ------ place.

We are living in here for more than a year and we have no complaints. It is really nice to live in here. No trouble with neighbors or the office and services staff, they are really helpful. We recommended!

Melanie is always very responsive and really cares about the community. She takes pride in resident relations. Maintenance is very quick and the grounds always look great. Overall I'm a satsified resident!

The community is very clean and I have had no trouble with parking space. The main issue that I have had was that I have had two packages that are lost. I signed up for the parcelpending and they are not being delivered there.

My experience wasn't too bad...I was moving in from out of state...and I did everything online...the staff at the radius...made sure I had the proper information I needed. Once I moved in I fell head over hills with the apartment...and pool area...everyone here is also super friendly..
