Tenant Reviews for 1755 WYNDALE ST

I lived at Modera Flats for 18 months and highly recommend it to anyone moving in the area. The building is super clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the facilities are kept in good condition (gym, coffee machine etc...) The Maintenance manager Arnoldo is awesome, it shows that he cares about his work. The staff at the front desk was also very nice and willing to help when I had a question or concern. We are leaving because fellowship is over or else we would definitely stay.

Long story short, I dont believe you get the quality you are expecting by paying the price of renting in this community. Raquel and Sophia, Thank you for trying to make life easy in Modera flats. You both are phenomenal!. Hopefully in the future they can change the manager and things get sorted out better.

Management is great. Facilities are nice and always clean. Maintenance is quick and effective. Not close to anything besides med center. Great quality for good price. Very quiet apartment complex. Very happy overall.

this is overpirced (fees fees fees)...and things are generally maintained but staff not responsive to issues. Not happy overall. this is supposed to be luxury but it is a downgrade compared to my previous apartment

Clean, solid choice for an apartment perfect for MD Anderson employees in terms of location. Great floor plans but a bit high on the budget. Safe community and helpful staff. Smooth move in and great amenities for residents such as WiFi, printer, and business lounge. It would be great though if Modera Flats would provide electricity and WiFi like the majority of other leasing companies. That would then make their monthly rental rates fairer and more justifiable. Other than that Modera Flats is an excellent choice to sign a lease at.
