I have lived at this property for almost five years and really like it. The grounds are very well maintained and the maintenance staff responds quickly. I have a garage that came with my apartment which is convenient and there are three pools which makes it a nice place to be outside on the weekend.

We have lived here for 1.5 years and have loved every minute. The management is pleasant and helpful, and service requests are honored quickly. I enjoy the wildlife (deer, alligators, waterfowl, raccoons, armadillos, etc.). We have a 2-bedroom with attached garage. It's nearly like living in our own house, except that I don't have to do the landscaping. The pools are all nicely landscaped and good places to sit and read. Sunrise over the lake as I walk the dog inspires me daily. No apartment complex is perfect, but this one is very close! We are on first floor, and have no problem with noise from the people above us.

The apartments are ok. They have nice pools, the outside appearance is very nice as well. However don't judge a book by its cover. The outside might look nice, but it's the inside that counts. They have 2 phases one is with updated appliances and no parking, the other has a lot of parking with an outdated look. The apartments in my opinion are very expensive. I've seen nicer apartments for a lot cheaper. I moved out of the apartment in May 2015 after living there for over 2 years. The security is not there, meaning the gate is always broken and so anyone is able to go in and out as they please l, which leads me to say that robberies have happened to include my wife's car was vandalized and parts stolen and when told management, they told me with an attitude to call the cops. No letter were sent out to warn the community. After that event happened, a couple of days later, rims were stolen from the complex and for this one, letter were sent out. The management that was previously there was very good, when the management left, the place went downhill. So I moved out in May 2015 and I'm yet to see my full refund. They tried to charge me for a bunch of nonsense, which when confronted they decided to give me majority of my deposit because it wasn't true. However still have not received it all and continue to give excuses. Also, they have a community of raccoons, which are funny and great seeing. However they will destroy your garbage and when taking the trash out to the trash point, they are waiting on you to drop them off and destroy the trash. Lol

I have lived in these apartments for 5 years and I love it here. The property is immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The maintance is always quick and helpful. The office staff is attentive and polite. They always take a moment of their day to make sure that your apartment needs are met. There is never a day that one won't receive a wave hello or goodbye for the anyone that works on the property. The summers can be enjoyed by any of the three pools on the property and rarely will one meet a stranger. As the residents are all warm and friendly.

Our water heater went out last night. I am so impressed that the company actually has a night maintenance man for emergency reasons. He was very prompt and professional. The water heater has all ready been replaced. I feel very valued as a tenant. I have lived in this complex since January. It has been a great experience.
