Great property with fabulous amenities! Maya did a great job walking me through the leasing process and highlighting all that this building has to offer. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking in the river oaks area!

I moved out in 2021 to a different apartment due to the rents but after seeing what I was missing, I decided to move back in this year, Best decision, the building is even better now with very helpful staff and the amenities are so clean, the vibe is awesome.

Nice property from the outside as well as in. Great amenities with AMAZING views. A lot of Layouts to choose from with 1/2 bedrooms. Went on tour with Johnathan and he knew his stuff!! Go check this place out!

Maya was so helpful and nice and the building is stunning, the sunset views were amazing. I love the pool and how much space there is outside. Amenities are top notch. I highly recommend checking them out.

Am really enjoying the "Driscoll Experience" from spacious floor plans, great amenities and awesome location to the uber-helpful on site team that made move in a great experience (or at least not as awful as it would have been without them), always handling questions, scheduling package deliveries and elevators, and just answering general knowledge questions. And the view of the City from the 21st floor is pretty spectacular!

Great units amenities and staff. Views are for sure the selling point for me and the restaurants and shopping right next to this place sealed the deal!! Best locating and views of Houston. Building finishes r close to the best too.

Leasing was a breeze, team was helpful and responsive. Prime location with walkability. Luxury amenities fantastic pool, high end finishes and layouts. It was a bit over my budget but worth every penny. Love it here!

The Driscoll River Oaks just sent their resiidents emails informing them of recent breakins to their units. The lack of security at the Driscoll is horrible. The residents were informed to call the police themselves,, and not the management when these break ins occur. The Driscoll River Oaks has allowed many of their tenants to sublease their units or list them as a B&B. This is a violation of the lease agreements and has encouraged strangers in the building, and now it appears, criminal elements to break into the units. This is a massive failure of the management / ownership of this condominium. They take no responsibility and are in violation of their lease agreements !

I've lived at this property since 10/2020. Tye quality of the building is subpar. My significant other was trapped in an elevator for 90 minutes without a word of apology or compensation for time. You are required to pay $150 per month "amenity fee" for amenities that aren't usually available, including wifi in the common areas that can't support a Zoom call. Stay far away from this property and Hanover properties in general.

I had the best apartment tour with Evelyn. She has a warm and welcoming personality. Absolutely a joy to work with- You can tell she really is passionate and loves what she does. The Driscoll is beautiful property with the best views I have seen in the city. The floor plans are huge! I am so excited to move in this summer.
