Couldn't be happier with the building and the location; in the center of Houston just a minute from the downtown, med center, galleria/post oak areas. Location is prime. Building is brand new apartments with amazing views of Houston. Highly recommended!

I don't even know where to start! The people at this building are awesome! The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are welcome here. Their manager Natalia is very pleasant and you can see that she cares.

Relocated from Miami this summer, was staying with my friend because I was in search of perfect place where I feel safe and like at home. My Realtor had found the Driscoll and I was so impressed from the quality of the building to great views and to Natalya, first person in Houston that made me feel welcomed while touring the high-rise buildings, she really listened and showed me 2 floor plans that work for me. I will be leasing in Spring and can't wait to live there!!!

The building and apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-equipped. The view is amazing and the location could not be better -- it's walking distance to everything. Noe, maintenance is super helpful if you need anything fixed and Natalia in the office will get any of your questions answered immediately and its so nice! The kitchen and bathroom are very well designed and have everything you might need. Definitely a great spot in River Oaks!

I love the property, it is the perfect location for all the things l love to do, Taylor was so kind and very knowledgeable about the property l enjoyed my tour. Love the pool and movie room. Every one in the office is wonderful. This is a place l can see myself living.
