Someone broke into mailboxes. Very unsafe place to live. Safety supposed to be priority to protect the tenants. What actions taken by apartment management to correct this. All they may say is to complain to USPS. It will be simply a blame game between usps and apartment management. Can they put surveillance camera..May be not.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. You will get blinded by the scenery and greenery that is only upheld at the front of the property now, where they do the showings. We haven’t had a potted tree or plant in the back of the property where I actually live since 2021. I moved here in 2021 due to the location and price point of course for the area. After they switched to Greystar it’s been downhill. My car has been stolen, we’ve had someone shot on, and the garage where our car is parked and attached to my apartment was burned down by my neighbors UNCLE, and now I’ve had to stab a RAT TO DEATH! My client moved out due to rat infestation(we have proof), my coworker moved out due to rat infestation, my friend lives at the front of the property lives with rat traps because he catches one daily. People will say oh why don’t you just move? My salon/children’s school is within walking distance, which saved me because my car was stolen from in from of my apartment because we don’t have security and the gates are open or broken every day! The Creole also won’t let me out of my lease no matter how much I’ve been inconvenienced or felt unsafe here, they keep threatening me with the fact that they will hit me with an eviction even if I try to leave early. I just want out at this moment. Killing a rat with your bare hands is devastating and traumatizing! We have rat traps all over the property but the office keeps telling us we don’t have an infestation here and I just want to live in peace.

Ep1 -- There is a loooooog list of the office's mess-ups that can't fit into one review. I'll talk about one aspect in each review. Let's start with a relatively minor one - notification. I was enjoying my morning on the balcony when, out of nowhere, dried branches, leaves and dust raining down, bombarding my face and my tea, accompanied by loud machine blowing noise. Soon my balcony was covered in debris where you can build a bird nest. A professional and responsible company will never blow such things off from the rooftop in such disturbing way! Many tenants went through the same. The office didn't bother giving advance notice about such maintenance. But they once flooded our inboxes with 4 emails about a dog event, 2 of them on the same day. I am a dog owner and lover, but they've got their priorities wrong! And that time when I handed in a loaded keychain with valuables, including car keys found on the second floor (not a big shared space), they weren't kind enough to send a simple email helping reuniting it with the owner. Stay tuned for Ep2...

If I could leave a zero I would! Where to begin? Gates hardly ever work either stuck closed or stuck open, what a secure place we have here. On top of that the water is shut off every week due to something happening supposedly, never had this happen next door when I lived there. Their care for the property is sad and tbh very noticeable that all they care about is fooling people into believing they have a nice property. The place hasn’t been taken care of at all. Mold growing on the internal walls and all they do is killz it and say it’s good until a month later and it comes back and they just repeat the same exact process over and over. I have told them many times that due to the exterior walls being rotted the way they are the water has leaked internally and that’s where the issue lays. Their make ready when we first moved in was far from complete and we even told the office of everything that wasn’t completed and of course nothing fixed. There sidewalks throughout are all janky and uneven (not that big of a deal but while I’m complaining imma let it all out), the sprinklers throughout the property are all busted and shooting fountains like some sort of attraction, they have washers here but rarely do they work, always out of order, they have vending machines as well but guess what always out of order as well (shocking) seems the only thing that works is there ability to take your money monthly. Their lights throughout the property are out and lights in parking areas are out or non existent, their swimming pools are nice but for the pool furniture it looks like they bought it early 2000 and decided to just keep it and not replace it, I hear y’all were granted 3 million in an uplift but there is no uplift happening your only making it appear to be nice on the outside what a joke you guys are pathetic company horrible management, Johnny family the manager is probably the worst manager I’ve seen, the guy literally does nothing but sit and hide in his office, Never have I seen a manager this afraid to handle conflict! Their parking lot has mini swimming holes most of the property when it starts raining retains water like crazy so be prepared to wear your swimming shoes to check the mail. Theft of packages is huge here, i understand that’s hard to stop but guess what if there gates worked like they should it would cut down on the theft huge, building numbers are like a 3 year old drew up the place and beyond confusing for anyone to navigate around this circus of a property. This property is so stuck on trying to bandaid everything and make it look presentable by just painting the outsides and not taking care of anything on the inside at all, most of the appliances are from the 60’s and barely work, A/C struggle like they on life support and the office will send out letters telling us residents we are the issues lol. PATHETIC!!! They are making money they don’t care one bit about your health or safety. Maintenance here is a joke only one person here knows anything it seems when it comes to maintenance (Willy thank you for being knowledgeable) all the others just seem to collect paychecks. The painter guy is super friendly and does his absolute best. The office team is horrible, they are probably the most incompetent office crew I’ve seen. Went in today to advise them for a 10th time one of their workers/contractors are blocking/parking in my “RESERVED SPOT”. Then smart mouth Jessica I believe her name is told me sir you don’t pay for parking with a smirk on her face! Ok smart mouth WHY IS IT RESERVED FOR ME? What’s the point of RESERVED then??? I think you need to understand the meanings of words before just spit out an incompetent statement out like you did. 10/10 I would NOT LEASE here. RUN AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STRESS of a company that will treat you like trash and do absolutely nothing for you. If I could give zero stars I would. Only reason we renewed here is because of work, now that we are able to move we definitely will be this next term. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS THEY ARE VALID.

I moved here on 24th of April(1 week ago) and already regret it!The problem is i live on the top floor and on the top of my rooms i have 4-5 condensers which is so old and working so noisy all they needed to do just remove them somewhere else like top of the elevator or on the top of the apt hallway yet they still not even touched anything and left me with this unpeaceful and disturbing situation because condensers are so noisy and sometimes they even shaking my unit walls and they are giving me headache it’s so stressful to live here like this noise it’s very disturbing and i tried to explain and went peaceful with them but they are so unresponsible they even said it’s interesting and we’ve never had this kind of complaint,it’s not professional i’m a tenant just moved and looking for a resolution also i’ve had requested maintance for 4 times and everytime they had automatically responded like it’s fixed but nothing has changed everything’s still same.Condenser’s on the top and instead of putting them on the top of elevator or hallways they did put on the top of the rooms and they’re so old and also walls are so thin which makes you hear everything your neighbors, don’t move here especially don’t move to the top floors!

My fiancé and I moved here September of 2021 and their management company at the time was the Finger Company. This year, they were brought by Greystar and if you've been a resident with Greystar, you know they hold a very professional, relaxing environment for their property and their residents. Moving on... since August 2022, we've been pretty backed up on rent and have reached out to the manager, Johnny Family, and his assistant, Zach Seahorn, on different occasions so they know that we are not paying rent due to family matters, so they are aware of our situation. We got a change of lock notice and an eviction notice in October. Mind you, I have an email from Zach stating that “If the balance owed is not paid by the court date, we will seek possession and you will have to move out. Greystar is being very strict on us right now to get everyone out that can’t pay.” Now at this point, I’m still levelheaded and emailing back respectfully informing him that we are trying our best. We went to court twice and came back to the office with money orders that was asked of us. Zach was rude at the very beginning and also told us that our money order wasn’t enough and blurted out loud how much we owed in the leasing office in front of potential residents. I’m not the one for public embarrassment and I’m pregnant so I turned around and walked out the door. We got our ledger, and it was twice as much as what was asked of us to pay on the citation. At this point, we’ve talked to Zach, Johnny, Rosie, and neither one of them were on the same page. Mind you this ledger also had “trash fees” for leaving trash out. We don’t EVER leave trash out because we are rarely home and if we are, it’s on the days requested (Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays). We asked for their regional manager number and email and was rejected on different occasions. I had to reach out to previous associates who work for Greystar to get her information which was stupid. I just think it’s a shame how people can be so inhumane and disrespectful and get away with whatever they want without consequences. I’m pissed. I’m pissed that we have had to go to court FOUR TIMES because nobody understands this damn eviction and I’m pissed that my fiancé and I have to go through this while preparing to have a baby, and if this how we are going to be treated moving forward, they can go ahead and let us out our lease or compensate us in some manner! My home is where I am peaceful, where I am happy. How can I come home paranoid if they changed the locks and keeping everything in the apartment like my unborn baby’s belonging or pictures and heirlooms that cannot be replaced? I have NEVER had an experience like this with an apartment complex like I am with these people. It may not be Greystar, but they work for them when makes the whole company look bad. I don’t complain about the people that live above me with their loud noises and dogs crying. I don’t complain about the carpet they have in each and every apartment. I don’t complain about lack of gym equipment. I don't complain about the nasty washer and dryers we have to use full of dog hair and never cleaned by the company provide. We keep our head down and just go home. If you are a Greystar fan, rent anywhere else but here.

I have lived here for almost 2 years, the following is what I have experienced firsthand. I could not recommend this place to anyone. NOISE – inconsiderate and antagonistic neighbors, the ones upstairs continually wake me up at night, multiple times, blare their music at 9 AM when I am trying to work. The list goes on and Mgmt. insists they are good neighbors. OFFICE STAFF – Attitude is awful unless you are wanting to rent an apartment. Then it quickly changes once you are moved in, staff is unhelpful, seems they are there to collect a paycheck only. If you complain, you are “the one who complains all the time”. My experience has been that if you do ask the staff for something be prepared to follow up several times to get it done, communications are selective in favor of Valet trash. If you want to find out what is actually going on here you will need to join the Citizen app. GROUNDS – They were once very nice. Now there is dog waste all over the property, smeared on walkways, piles seem to be everywhere. TRASH- I had a neighbor that would throw his over the railing to the ground below. It sat there for 3 weeks, another trash can after about a week of sitting outside was turned upside down and emptied on the walkway LAUNDRY FACILITIES – washing machines constantly out of order, and in filthy condition, caked with goop, lint and dryer sheets are disposed of on the floor instead of the trash can HOMELESS PEOPLE– several have hung out on property, gotten into the clubhouse and slept there, out by the back pool and buildings OVERALL LOOK – facades of buildings in disrepair, dilapidated louvered panels on windows and balconies falling down and coming apart, window screens torn, CONSTRUCTION – Early May pieces of soffit were cut out on approx. 100 or so patios looking for wood rot, it is now end of Sept. By all appearances, this project has been abandoned in favor of a few less vital cosmetic projects, the jacks throughout the property are still in place DRUG USE – I happened to walk by and saw 2 guys openly rolling joints at the back pool, more times than not you can smell pot wafting through the buildings MAINTENANCE – Had a broken window in my bedroom and was told “it was not broken bad enough to replace” My oven malfunctioned and I thought I was going to have to call the Fire Dept. As I couldn’t get it to turn off. The maintenance guy told me “Why don’t we just wait and see if anything happens next time” I’m wondering if he meant let’s wait and see if your apartment catches on fire next time. I told him I wanted it replaced and he closed the ticket out and went about his business. I had to speak to the Mgr. to get it resolved. Just recently I had a leak in the bathroom. That was not a good experience either. There is so much more, however this should give an idea of what you will experience here.

We received an email from management telling us we could win a $100 gift card if we leave a POSITIVE review. So yeah, might want to take that into account with positive reviews today. The place is a mess. falling apart, boarded up patios and scaffolding for MONTHS now. Place is going downhill fast. There is a reason they want to pay residents for reviews. Gate is always broken, water was shut of for multiple days last month, non residents at pool areas, security is a joke and just sits in the gym all the time. So many roaches throughout the entire property when you walk outside. Gym equipment not maintained at all. You can smell your neighbors cooking/smoke/vape through your AC. They say "We're working on property improvement and maintenance", but it's been MONTHS, with no progress. I would look elsewhere.

I have been living here for almost a year and I can say it has been pleasant. The staff is very kind and fun to talk to and they will answer any question that you have. I love walking into the office because they make you feel happy by the way they greet you when you go in. They will fix things right away when you put in a service request, which is wonderful. I love the apartment I'm in because I feel secure and joyful when I walk in to know that I'm safe.

I have been a resident for several years and today takes the cake! Allowing outside contractors to come on my private fenced patio without a courtesy email or notice is unacceptable! My patio door leads to my bedroom and you can see my bathroom area if you are on my patio....it was extremely frightening, uncomfortable, and embarrassing to have a group of men climbing over my patio gate and standing on my PRIVATE, GATED patio as I was getting out of the shower with my blinds partially open. I feel VIOLATED!! Leasing office has absolutely no knowledge of these contractors schedule and when they are coming onto property...why are they allowed access to a residents private space without being properly vetted, why is there not a sign in sheet for them, and MOST IMPORTANTLY why aren't you advising the resident that repairs are being made and why AREN'T THEY KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TO INFORM ME THEY ARE COMING ONTO MY PRIVATE SPACE?!! I have been contemplating moving and not renewing my lease this incident as well as other recent events on property, such as lack of working washers and dryers, lack of security, homeless looking people walking around the property scavenging, loud and unruly neighbors, etc... have a solidified my decision!
