I had an amazing experience renting my first apartment with them. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind and guided me through the entire process, clearly explaining everything I needed for my application. It’s obvious they have a lot of experience and genuinely care about helping their residents. The whole team is wonderful!

Nice looking and reasonably priced community. However it has security and maintenance issues. Car wheels were stolen from the community parking multiple times, there is no oversight security inside the complex. Also communication with leasing office and maintenance personnel is close to 0.

People are friendly and staff are very friendly and quiet place , pet friendly , near to Walmart and Costco and Asian market , they have change my water heater when it got damage , responded quickly, swimming pool is good

I have been a resident for six months at Whitney at the Heights. So far, I am extremely happy with my decision to call Whitney home. My experiences with both the leasing staff and maintenance have been excellent. Grounds are well kept, the environment is pleasant, and access to major highways is great.

locker fees are too high parking needs improvement overall the rent is too high overall its been a great experience , nice dog park and overall the rent is high for the value of the apartment. Parking seems to be an issue if you have two cars. Nice staff and repairs are done fairly quickly.

In the beginning I had to switch apartments they were not very good appliances are not very good after 6 months to a year we got that all worked out other than that when things break they come on time and they fix them quickly

I’ve loved living here at Whitney at the Heights! Very quiet, maintenance is quick with responding to requests and the leasing office is always warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the Heights area.

Whitney at the Heights has been a great experience. The staff are all very nice. I was able to sign my lease and move in immediately. Apartment is nice and bright! Easy access to entertainment and shopping.

I have lived at this apartment community since 2011. There has been several changes in ownership and management. Some residents leave their trash bins outside 24/7 with and without trash in it. Walkways need to be pressure washed due to leakage from trash pickup. The community upkeep has gone down. I will not be renewing my lease.

This is pleasant and friendly community. The grounds are like a park, and the residents are considerate. We feel safe here. Although there is no immediately walkable shopping area, medical offices and retail stores are not far away.
