My experience living at Whitney has been great so far. The entire staff has been amazing and made things easy. The complex has been better than expected nice and quiet, peaceful even. My unit is small on paper but spacious once inside. The renovations are amazing and the living experience is pleasant

Community is great, the office does a great job at keeping the place clean. I understand that crime is on the rise in Houston so my only concern would be in regard to vehicle break ins and tires being stolen on a regular basis. Other than that great overall.

I really enjoy living in this community! The staff is always super responsive when I have an issue/question. I just wish the maintenance solutions were better, and the car break-ins need better security measures.

So far a great experience. The front office was helpful and communicative during the entire leasing and move in process. Apartments are clean and very quiet which is a highway plus. Amenities are nice and well kept. Other tenants are very respectful

I have only been a resident at Whitney at the Heights for about six weeks but so far it is a really nice place to live. The residents I have met all seem friendly and the management team is really nice. The whole complex has a neat clean appearance and they just removed the only pothole with a whole new concrete section. The location is particularly convenient.

I absolutely love living at this property. Whitney at the Heights has a perfect location, and it is so close to the walking (and, or) biking trail on the bayou. My Apartment is spacious with upgraded appliances, and a killer walk in closet.

Well maintained grounds. Karla the manager and maintenance crew are outstanding. Very quiet and peaceful complex. I do wish the dog park had separate sections for small dogs and large dogs. Pleasant community to call home.

The front office and maintenance team are great, very responsive and helpful. Cecilia is always responsive and will help with any issues. Very well maintained property and the amenities are amazing, would def recommend to anyone looking to lease.

Great place to live! My favorite thing about this apartment complex is how responsive the staff is. This is super important to me. From the beginning of my apartment search to now having lived here 8 months, the staff here have been amazing. The management team is very helpful and easy to reach, plus the maintenance team always gets my service requests completed within a day. I also love that the community is clean, quiet, and friendly. I highly recommend Whitney at the Heights.

Everything seems fine now. what is of most concern is safety due to vehicle tire theft. They provided us with a contact for these cases. Let's hope for better results. We also hope that the rent will not increase much in the renewal of the current plan.
