I feel like I don’t ask for much, and when I do it’s always an issue. I keep quiet and to myself. Someone who always pays on time. Sometimes question where the value of my monthly is going to. Please dont reach out to me.

The moving in process was easy. For the most part everyone who works there has been friendly and kind. Maintenance requests are received and addressed in a timely manner. Alerts and notifications are sent out in a timely manner. Renovations have began and the staff has done a good job of informing us what is going on and when buildings will be done. Overall good place to live

Crossing at White Oak is a nice apartment complex. I use the community gym frequently, and the pool is well-maintained. Anytime I submit a service request, the issue is resolved the next day. I would recommend this location to a friend.

I have only been in this community for 2 weeks now. It started a little bumpy due to not having AC for almost a week. It was handled quickly though by the property. They got me a new AC unit ordered and installed. Everyone has been very helpful during this time.

I enjoy this apartment complex, the apartments are of a high quality compared to similarly priced units. There is three occasional car break in or wheel theft, but that's Houston for you. All in all I think this is a good place if you're willing to spend for more that a budget apartment.
