Tired of this place, roaches and mold! you complain with staff and they argue with you rather than do something about it. Nothing has been done. Do NOT live here. The mold comes from ALL of the vents and spreads through the ceiling onto your furniture and clothing. Less than humane living conditions.

Worst apartment that will charge you big money for things they suppose to fix and if you disagree to pay the wrong charges. They report it to credit bureau. Be careful with these place. Problem starts the day you move in and continues even after you move out .

Another consumer rights violation and coercing residents to pay 49$ in the name of fast internet with some irresponsible stipulations in the lease agreement. Management or the xfinity don't care even if individuals have the fast internet i.e previously 800mbps speed. Management says we have to pay this 49$/month conditionally regardless if you already have xfinity internet package. But the xfinity customer service saying I have to pay xfinity. So pretty much I have to downgrade my speed from 800 to 600 maps orelse pay for both the parties. It's like buying one gallon of milk and paying twice the price for it. Conditional coerciveness imposed on the residents. Is it even legal??

I love where I am in the apartment. I have had very few incidents. The only time it becomes uncomfortable is during the winter. There is a large discrepancy in getting the heat turned on when it is really cold outside. Usually, go several days sitting in a cold apartment and after five or so days the apartment decides to turn on the heat. Other than that I like the apartments.

Missing packages, old building every week cars being broken, laundry machines are always out of service, sink clogs, hot water does not come all the time ac and heater gets controlled by management worst experience of my life cant wait to finish my contract here and get out of this place

Well my experience been here my vehicle has been broken into the washes and dries don't work properly the driveways and stuff are all messed up you know so I don't know if that's a good explanation but that's my experience living here so far

I been here since 2020 . I like very much the new management . They are listen to every problem I got and fix it very fast ,and that I love the most . Its convinient from here to go anywhere just 10 minutes . I Will stay here longer !

The manager at the time of move in was great. Things started to decline when manager was replaced and conditions started to decline. Coming home to find a swat team on the property and no manager was not great.

The best part of living in this complex is the location. But , Maintnance , cleanness, safety and security are very bad . When I need to do laundry , machines are broken , and always there are flyers about warnings, people That has been stealing, or breaking the property or the mailboxes

Mall, CVS, Homegoods, and gas stations are easily accessible, consequently traffic is terrible during early morning and mid-afternoon hours. Many pan-handlers in the area, and I suggest you don't give.
