Great, small community apartment complex! Great neighborhood, quiet area, close to banks, grocery stores, easy access to Hwy 59. I looked at 60+ locations online, visited 10, but this complex fit all my needs.

Excellent environment with great with excellent neighborhood of high class gestures. Gives us the highest degree of satisfactio while living in this beautifully furnished apartment. We like the abundant spa e available for our car parking . Has well maintained swimming pool. The well organized gym hall gives us opportunity to refresh ourselves by keeping us physically fi.

I just moved out of these apartments (due to a job out of state) after living here for 2 years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect - close to highway 59, Kirby (with plenty of bars & restaurants), and Rice Village. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, whether on a jog or walking within the apartment gates late at night. The staff (Jennifer, Anthony, Lori and Luis) were are very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They make an effort to make you feel at home, and any issues are addressed in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend The Boulevard for anyone working in downtown, midtown, Galleria, or West University or attending school nearby!

Best community that I have lived in yet and location is perfect to live in... Close to 59, 610 and 45 freeways. Quiet environment, friendly staff, highly responsive maintenance team, and walking distance to rice village!
