Tenant Reviews for 2700 HOLLY HALL ST

We lived here for 6 years, most of it good because cretins can't afford the place and there only about 70 townhome units. Unfortunately, the occasional football player resident will come through that you will want one the big beautiful palm trees to fall on.

I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it!! It is incredibly quite, which I love because I'm a professional student and spend most of my time at home studying. It is also very safe. I walk my dog at night and feel completely safe. Everyone is nice and mostly keep to themselves. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Run. This place is horrible.
