Gym=not usable. equipment too old. Size of two car parking spots. Employees=very nice and great. Manager not very pleasant to deal with but all the other employees are very nice. Apartment=single pane windows, you can hear people TALKING outside and the AC unit is next to the window so it kept me up the first few months. Got used to it. I just use earplugs when I sleep. Also, the floor vibrates when the AC turns on. Cockroaches=can't beat them. They are part of Gables CityWalk life. I got used to them. I even evacuated for 24 hour so that they could use toxic chemicals to kill them. They came back. I just kill 4-5 a day and it does not bother me. The down side is that I have to wash my dishes after I eat AND before I use them but I got used to that too. Location=Awesome. Maintenance=The best I've had. Overall, I love living here because I don't use the gym, don't mind the cockroaches everyday, and learned to use ear plugs when I sleep. I think the price is great for the location. But, people that are sensitive to noise or cannot stand cockroaches should not live here.

Great upscale community. It feels very safe and pleasant. The apartment is nice and has a unique layout. Noise isn't an issue, and all the residents I've interacted with are very friendly and appear to be working professionals. The only downsides are the ugly and dated kitchen cabinets and the limited amount of convenient parking spots for residents and guest.

Great location and maintenance staff. Office management could use a little more help. My primary complaint is that they lure new residents in with great rates, only to jack up the rates for renewal. Seems like there is a high turnover for residents, which is too bad. New neighbors constantly moving in, while old neighbors constantly move out. I have been here for 3 years and everyone who was in my little pod of 12 units has moved out, except me.
