It is a good location. I like all the trees on the property. The courtyard is pretty and the pool area is pretty. It is close to Westheimer and beltway 8. It is also close to parks where you can walk or ride bicycles

It's a good property close to schools and shopping. I love the book shelves that many apartments don't have. It has a hot tub and pool. The hot tub needs fixing though. It's quiet here. They don't have renewal specials…
