Great experience living in toscano. Staff is excellent and maintenence is great. I would recommend to any first time apartment renter who wants to feel safe and valued as a customer. I have had only good experiences.

Archstone Toscana is conveniently located near Rice University and Medical Center. This complex was build just a few years ago. Its amenities include three swimming pools, conference room, business center and very good gym. The office stuff is always helpful and very polite.

Friendly staff that made the move in a hassle free experience! The location is also very convenient! Within 5 min of med center, rice village shipping center, and major freeways to easily get to and from the galleria, and downtown.

There is a lot of potential with the lush scenery, clean environment, good location, and very helpful personnel in the office (Jared), but the overall satisfactory is low due to other factors. Cell phone signal is very poor in my unit and around the complex, the internet in the club house does not work even after putting in requests, the computers in the club room and business room are very slow and don't connect to the internet at times, the walls and ceiling are very thin and I can hear everything, parking on my level is difficult to find most of the time, and designated trash areas need to be picked up more frequently to avoid overflow.

This one of my favorite places I've ever lived in. The location is great, not only are you near everything in Houston, but you still maintain a homely environment on this side of town. The complex and staff are fantastic!

This place is great! Here is the reason why: Extremely clean, quiet, maintenance are quick and effective! The office folks are friendly and help. I can't ask for anything better. Customer service is always on par!

The staff at Archstone Toscano are very kind. They are mindful of their residents needs and requests. I highly recommend this complex simply on merit of the staff; however, their rental offerings are also well-maintained, luxurious, and priced reasonably.

Lived here about 20 months Overall I'm very pleased. Finishes have held up nicely for the most part, though appliances are lower end and act that way too. Have loved staying here in the time I have been here. Office staff gets to know you and always tries to help its tenants. Very responsive to service requests both in your apartment and community problems. It is a little pricey but you pay for upgrades amenities and little touches so it's worth it. Couldn't be a better location to shopping and the medical center. Rice village, the heights, downtown, reliant stadium and other areas all within about 10 minutes. The whole complex is only about 2-3 years old depending on when the specific building opened. My only complaints are that the parking garage speed bumps destroy your tires. It basically feels like you're jumping a curb every time you hit one. If you live on the fourth floor you hit 15 speed bumps. I also wish there was a better set up of the garage. Too narrow. Would also love to have valet trash because the only trash areas are on the opposite corners from where I am. I would recommend this complex! I hope it stays well maintained and up on pest control!

Archstone Toscano is an example of what apartment living should be like. The staff is friendly and responsive. The accomodations are clean and picturesque. The unit was spotless upon arrival, the deposits are fair, the parking structure is spacious, and what else can I say? I will always look to Avalon communities as an example of where to live!

Very friendly staff that obviously cares about this complex. Grounds are maintained well and complex has awesome amenities. Noise level is a little high but it's expected with wood floors. I'd also recommend a unit away from door to the parking garage, as it gets pretty noisy in the mornings and afternoon. I'd definitely recommend to someone who loves running outside since the running trail along the Bayou is right across the street.
