The staff at Archstone Toscano is EXCEPTIONAL. The maintenance team is excellent and I have never had to call twice for anything. It is a clean building and the amenities are plentiful and beautiful. As a single woman who has lived in the building since it opened a few years ago, I feel very safe and secure in the parking garage, building and surrounding area. It's walkable to Rice Village, the Texas Medical Center area and beautiful neighborhoods. I would HIGHLY recommend Archstone Toscano for a great place to live.

Love the apartment but parking could be better for late night employees. If the option became a available to pay for a designated spot I would take the opportunity immediately. Also, be prepared to see animal feces in the halls. Residents do not know how to pick up after their animals.

I've been renting with the Archstone Toscano for about a half year and I've been very pleased by the experience. The property is pretty clean for an apartment community, the landscaping is outstanding, and the amenities are all well maintained. Neighbors are as annoying as anywhere else, but the construction is pretty sound-proof so that you don't hear too much of their noise. much better than at other places. I would definitely recommend the Toscano, especially for people who work in the area (medcenter etc).

Great apartments and great, safe community for my son and I, very close to TMC. Very helpful, funny and welcoming staff. Sometimes, I just stop in and say hi to them, they have become my friends. I love it here, I came from out of state and so happy I chose Archstone Toscano as my home!!!

For those seeking accommodation near the medical centre, this is an excellent choice. Pleasant staff, very good amenities (gym, 3 pools, business centre etc) , large and well- maintained apartments. Thus far, I have really enjoyed living here! A good perk, is the community shuttle which makes several stops near the medical centre.
