I’ve lived here 5 months and have regretted every bit of it. If you live by the pool like I do, it’s a nightmare because people treat it like a vegas pool scene where you can hear the music until all times of the night all the way at the garage. The fire alarms go off all the time day and night and no one shuts them off for hours. This last time they started at 1:30 am and didn’t get shut off until after 5 am! The water is constantly getting shut off. It’s a nightmare. Management does absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place.

Do NOT move here. The aesthetics is the only thing this place has going for itself. The neighbors above me are horrible. I've complained all year and nothing has been done besides "not renewing the neighbors lease". Daniel does not respond to my emails about the complaints. However, I feel Nancy should replace Daniel because I have witnessed her conversations with the neighbors go EXTREMELY well compared to Daniel bare minimum actions. There is NO PEACE in my own home. The complex is currently experiencing stolen packages for the last month or 2. It's the PITS living here and I've been here for a few years you would think some tenor would have made Daniel have better actions with the disturbing neighbors. At least Camden properties charge $25 per noise violation. Oh the pool is never available in the spring and summer. Plenty of maintenance issues. The gates are constantly broken. There is no gate code which sometimes causes back up at the line or visitors park in my VIP parking that I pay for monthly. Get some signs for the reserved parking. There was a caterpillar infestation as well as other bugs around the premises and cobwebs around the doors. The security guards do not answer their cell phones. Very useless.

Lots of people do pool party every weekend from 6PM - 1 AM with very Loud music. Even after many complains to the property manager there is no resolution . we have to call 911 3-4 times in past months to stop the party. . It seems there is collusion between the internal staff and the party guys. Lots of booze and Drugs . Security guys are pure complete useless . Avoid if you are looking for a quite place

I have been living in this complex and it was the worst experience I have lived in Houston, the neighbors downstairs was very disrespectful to me and the management didn’t care about it, my son was in the process to learn how to walk and sometimes he used to fall down, I understand that, but the neighbor was rude, I reported that to management in order to move me to another apartment but instead they told me to get out of the complex, so unprofessional, the complex is beautiful but the service management is very bad. I do not recommend.

All I can say is that this place is the best apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived. I have read some other reviews and let me tell you, people that give bad reviews are just people that have nothing better to do than to complain. I can bet they complain about everything in their lives. There was a lot of complaints about management when we had the freeze. Lack of communication they say. It didn't matter that the management team also had the same issues. We had no power. Duh on the complainers. No one had power south of Dallas. So it took a day to get an email out to the residents. Big deal. We all knew what was going on and that is just the way life is. I look at at this way, if you think this complex is bad, then you haven't lived in a crappy place like my wife and I have in the past. They also complain about the security and the car vandalism or breakins. I can tell you, the condos & apts that have guards at the entrances of these $2000 & $3000 condos have the exact same problems. they complain about trash here and there and people that let there dogs Pee in the halls. That is not management, it is the owner of the dog that is the problem and some people just don't give a crap if they like to destroy wherever they live. There are always people that don't respect where they live nor others that live there. No place is perfect. But this place is heaven and my wife & I plan on retire here and you should too.

The apartments are lovely inside and in a great location. However, management has something left to be desired. In the single year I've lived here, the fire alarms have gone off throughout the complex four times. Because they require the alarm company to come onsite and turn them off physically - they have stayed on at least 1.5 hours - up to 6 hours. These are high, piercing alarms inside the apartments; traumatizing my cat. The water system is on electric pumps with no generator back up. Every time the electric goes off, so does the water system. During the February 2021 winter storm, we were without water for 7 full days, while we had electric after 3. Management communication lacks severely. We never know exactly what's going on - for how long we can anticipate it to be that way - or anything of note to convey to the tenants. Horrible.

Horrible management, took two months to get a room transfer done to the point where I ended up not doing it. I’m not going to re-sign my lease unless there is a new management. Throughout the entire freeze we lost power and water and we never received emails, calls, or updates as to what the situation was. It’s been over a week now and still no water and no communication. Unless management changes, don’t move here. The prices may seem attractive but it’s not worth the stress.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Just to me a few events in the last year -over 50 car break-ins. (They’ve scrubbed the internet of photos, but you can verify on the NextDoor app) -insufficient fire alarm! Fire alarm goes off at midnight. -plumbing issues, including city shut offs. The water was off for 2 days straight and goes off at least twice a month. No warning, no follow up communication -office doesn’t treat every tenant fairly with renewal incentives , repairs, rent increases (Fair Housing act violations) -All 4 tires stolen from over 20 cars! This is an inside job -Ant and roach infestation, which are in iron mental concerns. -Tenants cars towed away from VIP spots -Management doesn’t keep tract of tenant census. A lot of cars have no parking placards, overcrowded apartments -Very thin walls and leveling floor issues -Rude staff! No sense of urgency, management never walks property and doesn’t live on property

The management is very rude. The place is always dirty. Maintenance just drives around in golf carts, talking on the phone. The place is not secure. There have been several car break ins. I had I package stolen at my door and another ripped open, and management was rude and treated me as if they could care less.
