They tried to move me into a ridiculously filthy, unlivable, roach infested apartment!!Long Story short, I was fooled into believing that I was getting an apartment in the same condition as the model. When I attempted to walk the apartment prior to move in they would always tell me it isn't ready and finally said that it would nt be until the day before I was scheduled to move. When I came to walk the apartment during that time people were still there cleaning, it was no where near ready (come to find out it never could be!) I left and gave them more hours, still they weren't finished after putting me off for weeks!!*keep reading it gets better* Well, that evening when things were quiet and I walked around I was shocked. The condition of the apartment was nothing short or atrocious. I told them that the apartment was in unlivable condition and that I would not be moving in. The management never apologized, offered another unit, nor considered my inconveniences. Instead they found a way to somehow blame me and attempted to file this on my credit as a broken lease. I should ve listened to all of the neighbors that always complained about how unprofessional the workers are in the office and how nothing gets fixed! So to caption the pictures: The hallway and front door looked like we were walking into a haunted house! The dishwasher was indescribably nasty and broken, the stove dirty and broken, looked like someone took a bat to the side of the fridge, the kitchen sink was severely scratched and nasty and shall I mention the AC? It was broken along with the washing machine. I was told that day that when the 2 ARE working and the washing machine is running, it cuts off the AC and drips(hence the water jug underneath) and it has to be sucked out by maintenance! O and to top it all off, It WAS ROACH INFESTED!! This is just some of the story and some of the issues. I could write a book, but I just wanted to help anyone who may be looking for an apartment DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Trust me, save yourself the headache. You deserve much much better!

This place is an absolute joke. My girlfriend and I went to check this place out and were told upon the first visit that the Model was not available and was having work done or something like that. We came back the following week and there was a different lady working who's first comment to us was that she doesn't usually work there. She also stated that somebody was currently in the model. This sounded strange to us and my girlfriend quickly asked do you mean someone is living in it right now? She gave a strange smirk and said "No but the managers kids are in there currently". Are you kidding me?? We were both shocked by what she said and we got up and walked out of there! Don't know where to begin with how unprofessional and ridiculous that was. Clearly they do not care about potential residents. NO THANKS!

My little moved over to these apartments but before she moved we reaf the reviews we askd the apartment managers was it true they said no it was the last managers so with that being said my little sister moved over..I wouldnt recommend NOBODY to move over all the managers are dumb asses they invades your privacy nothing gets fixed until they feel like doing it the air wasnt working for a week no one came to fix it her kitchen sink wad stopped up for 2weeks created nats mind you some one was called to fix this yu have to literally use a hammer in order for the shower to work they blinds are a mess they give you a paper to feel out for everything thats wrong with the apartment but they dont fix anything these apartments ragedy they steal over here break in cars the gate can never stay closed everytime I came to visit or spend a night with my sister it was something wrong the managers need to be fired asap cause its horrible they kick people out move in new people nd bother them mind you all of the ffat girls stay on property and im sure they have no problems living I will be calling the corporate office cause it horrible over here they dont deserve to have jobs nor a rating for these -------- apartments.

My family and I lived here for going on 7 months since then nothing has been fixed a.c broke 2 weeks later filed 3 orders weekend later after bring in the heat they send a maintenance no offense but he wasn't all therapy they send him all he did was vacuum water from the vent sad give it a min it'll start working really 2 more days without air again then they send someone my blinds keep falling off the poker in my master closet keeps breaking when I first moved inn nothing was fixed r ready things were broke coming apart the tow truck is forever towing you car there's rats termites bad roaches and nothing ever gets fixed I've been here 7 months in nothing's still haven't been fixed

Me and my wife moved top the Concord on July 31,2013 and these are the worst apartments ever we had a/c for one day since we moved in they keep lying in the office and they coming out fix (the a/c wad working from day one the refrigerator was broke took them three days to come fix it I got spiders on in my house this is the worst place to move to point blank... they have nasty cat sitting alone outside I feel like I'm living in the projects( if you want to complain like me go to Focused.com and take it to Aiken..

Concord at little York is one of the worst places to live. We've lived here 6 months already and the office still hasn't taken care of a termite problem in the apartment. The apartment complex will probably collapse because of there lack of pest control. I'm pretty sure someone's baby got taken, and my work van got towed. If u have a choice to live anywhere else go with that cause the office is no help. I'm pretty sure living in a cardboard box under a bridge would be better than this place!!! They make promises that never happen. Like the front gate was supposed to be fixed by now and it's still messed up with no sign of fixing it in sight. The hallways are terrible there's always dog poop all over the place in the grass, the concrete and even in the hallway sometimes it's hard to bring ppl over when the place u live at looks like this.

First of all this place sucks big time. I moved in in November and since then my ac hasn't worked my refrigerator started making an ugly noise then it just gave up on us. Our washer and dryer never worked. I called the people in the office to send maintenance to come fix all these things it's January and nothing works. I have four kids and I can't buy food cuz it goes to waist I gotta go wash at the washateria and have to have my windows opened a lil when I gets hot in here. The heater doesn't heat. I've watched maintenance just walk around the apartments do nothing. I'm tired of this then they have the odasity to evict my family y cuz the lady in the front says I didn't pay my rent when I did. Y should I even pay my rent when nothing here works. I don't have money to blow like that to get another spot after Christmas. This place sucks I don't recommend it to anybody.

The maintenance does NOT come out 24/7 if you have an emergency. The staff does a bad job overall, when you call about maintenance after hours they never show up. Pest control is even worse, I have killed 3 spiders the size of my hand!! And these spiders run at you with no fear whatsoever... There are stray cats everywhere and while they friendly. They are underfed and starving. The roaches are everywhere!! The neighborhood isn't terrible but it's bad. My first week they did not lets inspect the apartment before hand. Termites were already there. My apt was close to the marsh which could explain the bugs. I have not seem crime. I wouldn't call it project worthy but it's pretty bad. It took them 3 months to get rid of the mold on the bathroom and kitchen ceiling. Constantly problems maintenance wise, toilet won't flush right, A/C goes out fast in summertime. Parking isn't bad but there are times when you may have to walk an extra 3 minutes to your apt. Im at building 9. I'll answer any questions you have.

Im thinking about moving in these apartments are yall in the back?? Because i that the people living in the front has no problems??

These apartments Seems to go from bad to worst!!!!!! I've lived here 3 yrs and I just paid my re-letting fee to move from this dump!!! My car was stolen, it rains in my apartment!!! Stary cats dying under the building and we have to smell the foul odor!!! Horrible!!!! Project like!! Dont live here!!!!!!
