Concord at little york is by far one of the worst! My A/C has been broken since may and all they do is put freon in it. My apartment reaches about 90 degrees during the day. The managment is incompetent and very slow. They are unorganized and I am so glad my lease is up this coming month. Some on the other trashy tenants throw their trash in the streets so over the weekend the parking lot looks very ------ and unclean. I will not be renewing my lease. I have been robbed at gunpoint due to the gates not working. This place is terrible and stay away!

If you are a tenant, we need to get together and try to take care of these problems ourselves. Because the management is not concerned. I am a working tenant that has been living on these grounds since 2007. Rent is paid on time and sometimes months in advanced. My car and truck has been broken into with the intent to steal 5 times. (Horribly vandalized) I have expressed my concern safety concern with the office manager (Javier Melgova). He tells me that they go on craigslist looking for security instead of contracting a company. Instead of him expressing his condolence, he threatens me to place a broken lease on my credit even if I pay it in full. I also place work orders and gets no answer or contact unless I call back complaining. The management staff are not professional and are very rude.

Recently Money Orders were stolen from the main office like its our fault although they think its ok to threat you with an eviction notice, zero patience all information was sent regarding my stolen money order they have been informed it an take up to 30days. its easy for them to put quick notes on peoples doors quick to take the money for your rent but very slow to fix things around here. I have called multiple times due to mold its been over a year and thank god im sitting down cause if i was standing up waiting for them i would been tired. Ive called corporate but n all they do is take messages and never return calls. I love where i live but these people suck!!

They don't give you yuo the corporate office number when you ask them for it. They make you pay for this bootleg cable. My Easter weekend was messed up because of AC breaking and Management do not answer or call back after you leave then messages with there answering machine. If I was to not pay the rent on time they will be calling back then. If anybody have the owners number please email me that number. The neighbor dog keeps using the breesway as a toilet reported it to the manager and nothing is done about it. I have 3 asmatic kids and we are left to spend our Easter in a hot apartment because I don't have the money for a hotel room. I knocked on the maintenance man door down under us he said he will come look at it and never came. Went back and he didn't answer I know he's there because his car and van are there. Management Sucks!!!!!

This new management team is the worst. They come in late and leave early these people are the most nonprofessionals in the history of management. The head manager is either a habitual liar or just out right incompetent regardless of which he and his staff should be released from their jobs ASAP. Living in this apt complex with this new management is a nightmare not the mention the CATS all over the place that they can t seem to get rid of, or the improvements that were promised that never materialized. Completely Unacceptable
