City Place is a great location that is easily accessible to most of Houston and is just a few blocks away from great bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much anything else you need! The gym is great and not often busy, and the apartment management is very kind and inclusive of the community

I’ve been at City Place for about 6 months now and I really like it! I moved from LA, and the location is really good and central to a lot of places I frequent. Although it can get loud sometimes on the weekends with traffic and people who are going out for the weekends, my curtains do a good enough job to mask it out so I can sleep. It’s spacious for one person and I rarely hear my neighbors. The staff is polite and maintenance works quickly.

This is the best place I have lived at my my adulthood! Michael is awesome, Bianca is amazing, and Luz is adorable! They definitely give AAA service. Thank you so much for all that you do for us, and for providing such fun events for the residents to mingle at! 10/10 would recommend.

Staff (especially Michael) have been very helpful since our move-in about 2 months ago. I like the unit and maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Security is good so far, and noise is not terrible (for the area and proximity to bars/restaurants, you’re bound to have some noise. In my opinion it’s not terrible here)

My husband and I love our new apartment. Our pup loves to take walks outside and enjoys the grass and well maintained property. The salt water pool and proximity to nice places to eat is a plus. The location is great right in Montrose!

Horrible property management. ------------ is the absolute worst and a huge rip off! Water bill was $160 for two months and they sent me to a collection agency. Racist staff treated me differently when my automobile was damaged and only fixed the gate when a White residents automobile was damaged. General manager is kind but staff is a barrage of haphazzard idiots with no sense of good business practices.

If you want to live in Midtown, live at City Place! Friendly staff, great location only blocks away from the Midtown bar scene, with grocery and liquor stores, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. The amenities are top-notch.

Im not very happy with my choice to live here. I wish there were more amenities, the appliances are old. Its noisy on the weekends, and my most recent experience of not receiving my packages has been disappointing and frustrating.

Pros: Awesome location, super friendly and responsive staff, and amazing aesthetics. The place is well maintained and clean. Rent is well priced and competitive for the floor plans and layouts. Literally everything (restaurants, bars, groceries, parks, banks, dentist, etc.) is walking distance. Love living here! Cons: Given the prime location, it is busy outside during the day/evening which is a tradeoff to comprehend before making the decision to rent here. Also, while it is a double-gated community for entry by foot or car, a recent security incident left three vehicles in the parking garage with all four wheels missing - guess crime has no address after all.

I love coming home to City Place Midtown, the staff is incredibly friendly and the management feels like family. With the unforeseen winter storm and mid pandemic fears I feel like City Place took it upon themselves to provide the possible service and guidance for the best possible outcome. I am very impressed with Greystar Management but I am astounded by my friends here at City Place Midtown, they remind me that this is my home.
