City Place is the best community in Midtown. The staff is experienced and professional. The community is well maintained and beautiful. The community is quiet and respectful. Barely hear any of the Midtown happenings!

Move-in experience was very smooth. I was able to recycle the boxes at the leasing office. The studio apartment is very clean and functional when I moved in. I like that the amenities building is in a separate building so that I can do more steps.

The location is across the street from Walgreens, 7 min walk from Randalls grocery store, and a 5 min walk from Whole Foods Midtown. The metro train is a 7-minute walk too.

Great! The location is amazing, and the apartment finishes and layout are all amazing as well. The leasing staff is incredibly friendly and made the leasing process super easy. I am glad to have made City Place my home.

I just moved in about a week ago. The grounds are extremely well kept and clean. I love the location and my apartment. I wish there were more community events to allow everyone to meet. I havent seen anyone in the building since moving here.
