It's been 2 years I am living here and I couldn't recommend a better place, I've just renewed ! Their floor plans are unique and amazing with floor to ceiling windows everywhere (, appliances are top notch. Just take a look at the view from the pictures ! Management is definitely the best, always trying to help you. From the management, the concierge, valet and maintenance guys, the team is exceptional. Special thanks to Quynh and Armando for making this place stunning.

Lynn at the front desk is charming! Julian and Daniel in service and maintenance fix everything right away - and I mean almost immediately! :) Armando in the leasing office has made leasing an easy and pleasant process, he is always available for every little question I have, and most importantly, the security is top notch. Living here feels safe and the staff and neighbors make it great to come home to!

Requested a refrigerator water filter replacement last night, and at 10 am they came, replaced and flushed the filter in minutes. As always, my experience has been rewarded with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. This property runs very very well in all fronts. Highly recommend.

This location is absolutely STUNNING! The staff is so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere had such a delightful aura. Quynh, Larry, Lynn and Armando are very helpful and professional. Quynh was so friendly and kind. She did a fantastic job showing us the property. We were going to look at other places but she sold us on Arrive. In addition, she made the whole process of renting the place smooth and easy. Enjoyed dealing with her.

Quynh is amazing. She Was super informative and friendly when I toured to with my friend. I will definitely lease here when my lease is over. The interior design is to die for. The amenities at this apartment are also great.

I'm in the process of relocating to the Houston area and had several tours scheduled at luxury high-rises during my recent visit. I had gone on a couple of tours prior to Arrive Upper Kirby and was not impressed at all. All of the leasing agents were lackluster and the amenities weren't anything to ride home about. As soon as I was greeted by the leasing agent Quynh at Arrive Upper Kirby, I instantly knew this was the place for me! She was extremely welcoming and made me feel as if I was chatting with a friend of several years. She even recommended restaurants for me to walk to in the area. On top of Quynh being amazing, the community is gorgeous and the units are huge!! All of the 1-bedrooms are over 1,000 square feet, which is unheard of. I submitted my application on a Wednesday and it was approved on Thursday! This was the most seamless application process, I have ever experienced. Quynh also would send me emails and call if she needed additional information to speed up the application process. I am so excited to relocate to Houston in a few months and even more excited about living at Arrive Upper Kirby. I'd highly suggest asking for Quynh if you are in the market for a new place!
