I am thankful to have met Mr. Ferguson on my tour at Arrive Upper Kirby! It is an amazing and beautiful high rise apartment. I’m excited to have found an openings to where I can wake up watching sunrise every morning! Floor to ceiling windows makes the apartment feel spacious and open. The high rise smells lovely every time I enter. Gorgeous poolside and relaxing rooftop park to do yoga. Thank Mr. Ferguson for making the application process go so smoothly and for working with me to get the right apartment for me! Thank you, Nilou

Five stars for everyone except for the head manager, Melissa. I am a 23 year old and since moving into the Residences of Kirby Collection, I have felt nothing but disrespect from Melissa and I would attribute it to age discrimination. This is a great place to live. The building is fantastic. Armando (AMGR who should be the main manager), the concierge, the valet and maintenance are all wonderful people. If you can afford it, you know it's overpriced and that you're really paying for the view and team members here. It's a shame they hired a property manager that lacks communication skills, common courtesy and respect for her tenants. I am leaving the Residences due to purchasing a home. I am writing this review because I kindly requested Melissa escalate a response to the corporate office in which she very rudely responded. This is probably the fourth instance where I have felt this way to Melissa's behavior. The other times were: A) Finding a parking spot, week one. B) Damage done to my truck due to Kirby Collection allowing someone to take my set parking spot, several months in. C) Trying to ask for support and help to find a reliable vendor who can install curtains in my unit, several months in. D) This instance was simply asking for a response from their corporate office for a request to break my lease. My company handles the social media for dozens of major brands - it is very possible that I get a response to this trying to waive everything as "miscommunication," but I've shown several people her responses to me and we have all come to the same conclusion. Don't read that and believe it, I've been nothing but extremely respectful. There is no acceptable reason for Melissa to show me the disrespect that she has while paying $3000 a month to live here at the Residences of Kirby Collection. The lease is EXTREMELY aggressive to any tenants who would potentially be interested in moving here. Be sure to have your attorney carefully read it before you sign it.

This residents are educate and friendly. The magnament of this building is very effective and amiable. The Mantenaince people solved the complain very quickly and help us for each inconvenient situation

Quayde, who helped us find a place was extremely helpful! This community is managed very well! The cleanest building we looked at in downtown Houston. Our tour was very informative and professional. Super impressed by everything here!

I was told by a very dear friend that I would love it here and its happy place. And it is!! Thank you Jennifer!! Im still here and so is she, and were both happy still!! If it wasnt for her, I wouldnt have known to move in here and she is very picky. Shes like if she was my other Daughter. I always love her advice because she just knows.
