I've lived at 36Sixty for nearly 2 years, and it's been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Every maintenance issue has been fixed within 24 hours besides one that must have been overlooked. When I asked about it, they sent someone out that day. The staff is friendly and helpful, the complex is always clean, and the amenities are nice. My neighbors throw parties pretty regularly, but I've never heard them through the walls. The only noise issue I've had is from people at the pool, but even that is really rare. The Greenway Plaza isn't very walkable, but the location is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop in front of the building, ubering to Montrose is cheap, and it's really close to I-59.

I moved out of this complex and told management that my second car, that is parked on the 5th floor, could not be moved as I would need to fix it to make it run. I let them know it was NOT abandoned and that I would be back in the next couple of weeks and move it. The lady said that is fine and she will put it in the notes. When I went back for my car it was not there anymore and was towed. It would cost me $1,000 to get my car back and I can not pay that as this Coronavirus pandemic has put me in a very tight spot with money. I am out of a car because of these people. Would never recommend them to anyone!!

After a $410 app fee, a hard credit pull (728), providing tax records demonstrating income, and sending 11 emails over a month, my application was denied. The manager Elizabeth is, frankly, incompetent. She had to check a box for proof of income, and she was unable to see past the fact that I had no paycheck (small business owner). For those self-employed, look elsewhere; for others, beware an incompetent manager.

Great location! Great Amenities! Great Atmosphere! Great Value!...... River Oaks is only 2 blocks away. Highland village, Upper Kirby, West U, and Rice Village are all very close. I've been living here for 10 months and I love this community! As a young and single professional, this community is a great fit. My neighbors are very friendly, parking is abundant, both pools are cool, great resident activities, and a very tranquil environment. I really enjoy reading by the pool while soaking in the beautiful scenery. I don't own a dog, but I enjoy seeing my neighbors' dogs (especially a Great Dane that's so cool) in this very pet-friendly community. Jamie and Trenise at the front desk are sooOOooo awesome! They're very professional, courteous, and accommodating. They both make living here very welcoming and comforting. They're a big reason why I plan to renew my lease. A very welcoming contrast to the rude leasing staff at my previous residence smh. The maintenance team responds very promptly to work orders. This a great property that I highly recommend. Being from Michigan, this community makes Texas feel like home :-)

Great environment!! New to Texas and felt at home very quickly, made very good friends.. The apartments are great, the only thing I can say that I don't like are the bathroom counter-tops.. It also doesn't hurt that Jamie at the front desk is pretty much awesome. The entire staff is actually pretty cool and maintenance is pretty fast. And Oh yeh GREAT POOL PARTIES...

I've lived here a little over a year and I just love it. The place is stylish and unique, rather than simply ostentatious. When I have had the very occasional maintenance issue, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and warm.

36Sixty is an amazing place to live. The staff is very nice and helps to solve any problems/inconveniences as soon as possible. I have had the best experience living at this apartment complex compared to any other apartment complexes. Not only is the staff great to work with, but it is in the perfect location (close to everything you may need), has friendly residents, and is available at a great price compared to other apartment complexes that offer the same services. I will always suggest 36Sixty as an apartment complex people should look into when considering where to live.

I just recently moved but lived here for over a year and wish I didn't move now. Loved this place and never had any problems. A little pricey but for that location that's what you will be paying anywhere around there. Great staff! Always are there if you needed anything. Great place if you have a dog. 2 big dog park/walking areas for your pet. Staff always gave my dog a treat when I walked him in the front office. Maintenance was always there to fix anything for you and very fast at that. If you're looking for a place in that area this is the place to be.

I am a single female that just moved out of 3660 apartments in order to get peace of mind. Izea is the one that showed me the properties and he was pleasant, polite and friendly and I believed that I had made the right decision picking these apartments. I had a one bedroom and one bath apartment. I work in 3 different hospitals and being a health care provider my hours are long. Six months after moving in, I received a phone call by Izea saying that I owe him for electric bills, since I had not been paying my own the apartment complex has been paying mine. I knew that this was a mistake and all I had to do is go to Izea's office and show him all my payments to TXU online. I was paying between 170 to 180 dollars a month for electricity. As soon as I walked into Izea office he told me that he knew what had happened , that it had happened before. He said that I had entered the wrong apartment unit and I was paying for someone's else electric bill for 6 months. He also said that I can call TXU and tell them to fix it but they did not fix it with the other tenants. Sure enough Izea was right we went online and saw that I was paying for apt# 406 and I lived in apt#460. But I was confused because when I first signed it TXU had sent me to my mailbox a copy of the plan that I had picked for electricity, and after that my bills were paperless. I told Izea that I was going to go knock on the door of apt# 406 and see if they could help me fix things. But Izea told me that this is a place where professional people live and I should not go knocking on people's door . He said that he was going to help me and he was going to talk to them. But Izea said that I still owed him $300.00 for electricity. I gave him this money because I did not want any problems. I thought that this was the end of this mess. But then a few days later I received another utility bill for $480. As soon as I received it I went back down to Izea's office and explained to him that I had just given him $300.00. He said that this was just for one month and that I owed him more money. When I told him how could a one bed one bath's electric bill cost more than a 2 bed,2 bath he explained to me that late fees and processing fees were attached to by electric bill. So I started crying and he bargained with me, he said that I could just give him $280.00 dollars. So I gave him more money and few days later he send me another bill wanting more money. My lease had run out and I was never offered another lease , I was confused I did not know what is going on. I gave Izea $1650 for the month of April because that is what he wanted and I thought he was going to live me alone. I work a lot, I work 13 to 15 hours a day, I did not have time for drama. But I was wrong Izea could not leave me alone, so I left On April 10th, even though I had paid rent , I turned my keys in and said he could have the apartment back. But Izea is not done with me yet. He called me the other day wanting $779.00 fee for leaving without telling him and on top of that another 2 months rent. This is my story, can someone from the Morgan Co. please help me get this guy off my back .
