I understand 3360 has received some questionable reviews but I would encourage you to come and see the property for yourself. With our new manager and staff we have had many updates: socials, yoga, food trucks, etc. After speaking with management, I can tell as the weather gets better so will the fun events. If you are a pet owner you will love 3660. They have lots of designated areas and they allow large dogs which can be hard to come by when looking at high end apartments. I feel completely safe living here.......I am a single female so I know how important that can be. Pros Good location Friendly staff Clean common areas and manicured grounds Attentive to resident needs and requests Beautiful apartments Fair pricing Safe Cons Entry into parking garage is difficult for guests. I suppose that could be a good thing but I do wish there was a way to buzz my friends into the garage so they do not have to use the guest parking area outside the gate.

I have been a resident of 36 Sixty for the past seven months and have thoroughly enjoyed the community. During my time as a resident management has continuously made changes to improve the community and the resident experience. For example, 36 Sixty added comfortable outdoor furniture and re-landscaped certain common areas such as the dog park and other gathering places. The staff is very responsive, such as responding to maintenance requests the same day. As another example, a couple weeks ago some driver heading North on Edloe jumped the curb and ran into a tree on the property, knocking it down and blocking the sidewalk. In less than a day staff had the tree removed and re-landscaped the area such that you could not tell there was an accident. Here are some pros and cons I've experienced; because the negatives are what most readers care about I have listed those first: This review is pretty long so in summary: I love the place, it is the best out of the numerous my wife and I checked out and we have had several friends say its the nicest place they've seen. Just check it out for yourself. CONS (I apologize if some of these seem petty but I tried to be as candid as possible): The parking garage was poorly designed in that the aisles and corners should be wider. There are multiple mirrors around each corner to prevent accidents. The biggest issues arise when some drivers travel down the center of the aisle. Shortly after I first moved in they had a couple issues with the parking garage gate, like residents' remotes not working. After replacing the gate (and re-replacing it after sometime ran into it with his/her car) there have not been any issues. Maintenance requests logged online go to one of several inboxes, and sometimes maintenance misses a request because they have not visited that inbox in a couple weeks. Two of the computers in the business center are old (recently purchased a new Mac) and can be slow. Also, the printer is frequently out of paper. This is probably only an issue for a couple of the units, but the dryer vent for my unit is directly over a portion of my balcony that is enclosed on three sides and thus lint gets trapped. Just a poor design, as most dryer vents are on the exterior walls. Just a block from Lakewood Church, so traffic on Wednesday evenings and Sundays can be a bit heavy around the community. There are police officers directing traffic during those times. PROS: Love the location! Right off 59 and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Very high walk score. My wife and I moved from small-town Midwest, and thus were cautious about big-city crime. We have never felt like we were not safe in or around the community. They also have a night guard on duty. Contrary to one of the other reviews I have not seen any cars on blocks or break-ins. This does not mean they have not happened, I just haven't seen nor heard of any during my time as a tenant. Plenty of parking, both for residents and guests. Two guests lots, one in front and one in garage, and guests are also allowed to park in the gated part of the garage (as long as resident lets them in and out). Sometimes the front guest parking gets full from church or weekend traffic, but usually is not an issue. Very pet friendly: dog park along building, several dog waste bag and trash stations around building, recently started a monthly gathering where residents can bring their dogs and hang out. Fantastic amenities: Great fitness center with several cardio machines, weight training machines, free weights, balls, etc. Business center with lots of tables, free coffee machine, wifi in public areas, game room with flatscreens and pool table (and separate poker room), wine tasting room, two pools, outdoor grills. Also started offering weekly yoga classes and looking to add more. Neighbors are very friendly. The community is geared more towards young professionals, and from what I can tell is family friendly (I see a number of parents with young kids). Spacious units with nice appliances, granite countertops, tile and hardwood flooring, track lighting, etc. Management and staff is always friendly and knows residents and their pets by name.

Horrible place. Unsafe. Almost non-existant security (despite regular car break-ins and cars on cinder blocks as well as apartment break-ins) Overpriced Loud

I lived there for some time and I'm glad I moved out. I had several issues: 1) Safety: almost every week cars are being stolen and broken into. The office claims there are cameras but this is not true. They are not connected. 2) Mail theft: the office staff have no control on packages coming in or out and they have stolen several packages belonging to my family. 3) The advertisement on the brochure will show you nice TVs and play station room and wine room. It's a trap! Nothing really functions (TV channels are usually messed up and rooms are always locked), pool is always dirty. 4) Repair service is always late and does not fix things correctly 5) After you check out and return your key, those thieves will do everything they can to steal your money. They will overcharge repairs and fees. DO NOT LIVE THERE! It's an overpriced place, poor service, and office ladies will poison your life.

I have lived at 36Sixty since January 2011 and I LOVE it!! I am a single woman and I feel very safe, and being new to Houston I didn't think it was possible. The staff is always very helpful and the maintenance team is amazing! I gave them 5 stars, but I'd give them 10 if I could. The noise level is not bad at all and I am near the garage door so that is where the most traffic is. The grounds are pretty clean with the exception of the mess left by the resident pets, but I see it as the pet owners fault and not the maintenance team, pet owners should be better about cleaning up after their pets. But if I see a mess one evening, it's cleaned up by the time I get home the next day as if it was never there. The rent is a bit high, but it is well worth what you get for the price. I highly recommend this place looking for a great place to live in an excellent location.

Fair price for the upgrades you get. For the most part, pretty quiet. Main problem is super slow maintenance to clean the hallways. I have put in a request with management regarding pet messes and it has not been cleaned after 1.5months. Approximately 3 months ago, there was a problem with potential break-ins (opportunistic crimes) where someone would check door handles to see if residents' left their apartments unlocked. Couple of Mercedes had their wheels stolen (happens often at nicer apartments in Upper Kirby-Greenway).

Ive lived at 3660 for 3 years and its been an amazing place to call home. Amber Bertram and the rest of the staff are an absolute pleasure. They have always gone above and beyond to assist the residents here at 3660. Anything from fixing your AC on a Sunday to shipping a tuxedo half way across the country express for a wedding because someone forgot to pack it. If your looking for top notch resort style living and service this is where you want to live.

I've been a resident here for 2 years and love the property. As a young lady living alone I feel very safe and comfortable with 36Sixty. Maintanence caters to me as if I'm the only resident and takes great care of the grounds. Neighbors can be a bit noisy but I guess that's the risk you take in apartment-style living. Great, overall!

I'm surprised at some of the comments about 36 Sixty. My friend has lived here for almost 2 years and loves it. I'm moving in next month, and I can't wait! It's close to everything and everyone is so friendly here! Its worth checking out for yourself.
