Management is a joke! The staff is rude and unkept. You work at an apartment complex! Be nice! Maintenance issues are a last priority. Many stair wells smell of dog poo. The motto of the management company is excellence from the ground up. There is nothing excellent about living here. I have another 6 months and I'm out of here. Also your tires will be stolen!! It seems like the Morgan group(management co) pays apartment ratings to hide their reviews. Many residents are moving out. I live in a 2 bedroom and pay way too much for such poor service. Don't be fooled by the lobby and the game areas.... It's a beautiful mask over an ugly living situation...

Walls are too thin... If you like to play music or watch movies this place is not for you... The location is great and the amenities are nice but I would expect more from a place like this. The staff is very nice however there is only so much they can do. A noise complaint on a Saturday afternoon should not be the norm, however the residents here feel they need to live in complete silence no matter the time of day or day of the week. At first glance you would expect it to be a young professional crowd here. I don't blast my music so don't get me wrong, but if I want to be able to hear it and do laundry at the same time, that's a no no. I've heard this from multiple people that live here that they get the same thing and get multiple complaints. It's an apartment people! You are going to hear your neighbors... If you don't like it move to the country and be a prick there. If it wasn't for the neighbors I'd probably re-sign. Background: In my early 30's, professional working 50 hour weeks, up by 6:30 in bed by 10:00... If you think its a young college student getting these complaints think otherwise!

Well to be fair, I have never lived here. I came to see my client and was amaze of how pretty the lobby was. I was so impress with the lobby that I asked the girl to give me a tour after my meeting. She was very unfriendly and she gave me this look like "there is no way you can afford this place". And then she told me that the office closes at 5pm and she would be leaving around 4:45. I told her it wouldn't take me long. It was 3:30pm. She came back to her office and came out 02 minutes later to clean up the front desk; she actually shut down her computer and took the flowers vase to the back while I was sitting there looking at her. I was done with the meeting around 4:15, I came into her office to ask for a tour. She was so cranky that I had to ask if she would like me to come back next time. Of course, she said no. So the tour began, first of all, the hall on the first floor was freezing because they left a door open to the outside. The building looked old and dingy to me, and it smelled too. She showed me the 1 bathroom/1 bedroom apartment. It was kinda small and the sink was so disgusting. We came back to her office, and she gave me some information. And man, talking about hating the world, she didn't smile or show any kind of happiness while I was with her. I don't know what her position is at the apartment, but if she is the manager, I feel bad for the people who have to live there. I guess the only good thing is the gym; it was very clean and modern and it opens 24 hour with a personal trainer. I came home and did some research, and it turned out 36sixty has some major security issues, cars were broken in, tires were stolen and etc. To sum up, I don't think I would consider living here which is a shame because I really liked the lobby. I wish I could live in the lobby haha.

I moved in to this complex about 2 months ago. Here are a list of things to look at before renting here. -1st off the leasing agent acts as if she hates the world. Everyday is a bad day with her. She never smiles and NEVER resolves any problems. -The coffee machine never works and when it does there are no cups, never any sugar and no creamer. The hot coco hasn't worked since I moved in. -The complex has a movie room. It is only open during business hours. During business hours you have to wait for them to find the key before you get in. If you are friends with one of the office staff you can have parties in there for free. If not they charge you a 250 deposit. -They have a bar in the cafe and there is no running water to the sink. If you want water you have to get a cup and go to the restroom. -There is a printer in the cafe but never has paper or ink so its there for looks. -If you have a nice car like my the tents across from me, plan on getting you wheels stolen. Yeah if you think this is a lie check with HPD. We had 4 cars loose their tires and wheels in the same night. The complex hired a ------ security company that comes out and sleeps in their cars. When they aren't asleep they are in the cafe on the internet or watching TV. One of them doesn't even speak english. So he is no help at all. -If you have a guest come over you have to walk down to the front office and let them in. If you want to come in the front office you have to climb a 3 1/2 ft fence and use your key fob to enter in the cafe or gym. The front door doesn't even have a key fob sensor. -If you don't have wireless internet there is only one station you can use in the internet cafe the other 2 don't work. -There is never any parking in the garage. People have motorcycles all over the place taking up all the good spots. The motorcycles never move. I have had to park on the 4th and 5th floor and I live on the 1st. Yeah try that with groceries. It sucks. -There is a bark park that is the nastiest thing I have ever seen or smelt in my life. It has old gravel in it and never gets cleaned. It smells like a dump yard. -The trash company they use is always late and they make a mess. The complex charges you $25 for valet trash service. The trash never gets picked up on time there for the hallways stink at night. -If you walk your own trash to the trash can watch out for the rats. Yeah rats they are all over the trash area and they are big. -There is also a video game room which is never open and has a pool table that is missing balls. There are two game systems in this room but don't expect to play them unless you buy your own controlers because the complex doesnt have any for you to use. My nephews were so pumped to come stay with me for a weekend because of my complex. When they got here it was terrible. -The complex has BBQ grills outside by the pool. I lived here for 2 years when it first opened and the experience is second to none! I loved it, can't believe there are any bad reviews. Maybe only unhappy people make reviews! I can vouch for this, I could never find a better place and I've tried! LOVE IT! Amazing design, clean, safe and the location is amazing!!
