Do NOT fall for this trap because of your initial impression. Please do research. 3800 Main was originally a very nice, safe and secure place to me when given the chance to speak and be shown around by a consultant. The complex itself is very well put together which is where I was sold. However, it is not worth the money you pay for AT ALL. The elevators in this complex are always malfunctioned. The amenities in this complex are false advertised. Given the location you are in, being a little sketchy, the security is almost nonexistent. I have witnessed my friends call me from their phone inside the building to somehow say they were already able to get in before I was ever even able to buzz them in. When asked, "well did security stop you or say anything" they then laugh and tell me, "no I just walked in." This has been a reoccurring thing. There is one security guard that walks this whole complex for "safety." all the locks and fancy keys you need to get into the building are pointless to have because literally anybody can get in. The amenities close at 10pm. If you are a student and you needed to use the computers for any reason for a late night project, you might as well forget it. If you wanted to hang out one night at the pool if it is past 10pm you might as well go to another complex because you will be asked to leave. Whats the point of having amenities that you can not use when necessary or convenient. You are limited to a strict time indulging in these things never fully being able to enjoy them. This is a nice complex but not worth the money. For the Money you pay here, you might as well go to the Mosaic or The Rice where you are at least getting more for what you pay for. I can guarantee you, this place is not it. DO NOT BE FOOLED. I am trying to warn you ahead of time.
