Pros: The entire staff is amazing, work orders are addressed promptly, walkable area, units are beautiful with amazing views. Cons: Building is not soundproof as I have heard people screaming from outside in the early morning hours on multiple occasions, music heard blasting Fri-Sun nights while in your unit, the resident floors have scraps of trash for days proving they are not vacuumed regularly, homeless sleeping outside the door, I have witnessed homeless urinating and drug dealing outside the front entrance, beware of the metro stop near the property which brings alot of interesting characters and homeless, alot of car traffic when trying to get into the resident parking garage due to cars illegally parked in front of Franks next door. Overall, I do not recommend simply because the loud music from Soho Garden on weekends is not bearable. I really wish I saw more reviews about the noise levels prior to leasing. Hopefully this helps the next renter make an informed decision on whether to lease or not.

I have been living here for two months and I love the welcoming staff and clean building! Great central downtown location with a clean dog park within walking distance! Many food halls nearby! Can’t wait to renew my lease next year!

I moved in 6 years ago. There have been quite a few new highrise residential buildings that have been constructed in that time here in downtown, but NONE of them compare to the quality of life, leasing team, service staff, and residents here at Aris Market Square!

Theres a lot of room for improvement at this property. Definitely not worth the money. Customer service is severely suffering and inconsistent. Had I known all of what I would experience/encounter here, I wouldve definitely found a better high rise to spend my time and money at. Very underwhelming experience.

Great apt and layout with good finishes; noise from outside is an issue that apt building has not been dealing with well enough. Location is great for those working Downtown for walking commute. Valet service is ok but better at other buildings like Hanover.

Aris is a beautiful community with friendly staff and lots to do in the area. I love the accessibility of downtown and i love the feel of living at aris. It makes me feel like im living at the best apartments in Houston.

I love being in downtown and in walking distance of so many things. That said it comes with its downsides. It is loud on the side that faces Minute Maid bc of several bars and clubs. There are definitely homeless people walking around outside. However there is 24 hour concierge and the staff is very nice.

I am becoming concerned about the overall deterioration of the facility. There are many broken components on level 9, broken floor tile throughout the facility, missing light escutcheons, filthy pool cushions etc. This is a relatively new facility that is not being maintained properly.

I am realtor who has been waiting to get paid since 3/8/2021. Its been over 88 days and still no check. From a realtor standpoint this is disheartening. I walked with my client throughout the facility. Michaelan was a great sales person and at the end gave me all the paperwork to sign even though I had to remind her. I hope that I will see a check soon. Wish me luck. And yes I have sent over 7 emails looking for my check and I seem to be getting the run around.
