Great apartment. It has a large common area perfect for studying and have dinner with friends. Brian and Kyle are very helpful, and they usually respond to most questions within a day. I highly recommend it.

All of the leasing office team are super helpful and solve issues really fast. The maintenance team also responds to the work order quickly and fixes it fast. Amenities are clean and well-maintained. Although there isa little sound insulation issue, to be honest,t but overall I am satifying with this community

This community is always in great condition. Management is very professional and maintenance is super helpful. They always complete my service requests in one day and I never have any issues. 10/10 complex

I have been a resident of Encore Montrose for over five years. Over the past year and a half, the overall condition of the community has declined significantly. Both elevators are frequently out of service, which presents an ongoing safety concern. Additionally, the hallways often have foul odors, and interactions with office staff have lacked professionalism and courtesy. These ongoing issues have led me to consider terminating my lease and relocating to a safer and more professionally managed community.

Overall I have had a good experience but for the past year some basic services like elevator constantly not working. Additionally management mass communications at times seem to complain to tenants instead of explaining issues occurring at the community.

ENCORE MONTROSE is an amazing community. My unit is spacious. The staff is super helpful and attentive. A great place to call home. The manager is great! Response time is very quick. All of my questions and concerns are answered as soon as possible. I definately reccomend to anyone with pets and kids.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Encore Montrose. From the very beginning, the staff has been exceptional — they were supportive and responsive throughout my apartment search, application, and move-in process. Their helpfulness really set the tone for a smooth transition. The location is ideal. It's close to everything I need — great restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and Midtown — yet just far enough from the city center to enjoy peace and quiet. It feels both convenient and safe, which is a rare combination in Houston. The community amenities are always clean and well-maintained, which shows that the management cares about resident experience. What really stands out, though, is the affordability. For the square footage and prime location, the rent is extremely reasonable. I truly feel like I’m getting great value. I would absolutely recommend Encore Montrose to any close friend looking to move to Houston.

Competitive rate, nice neighborhood, greats apartments. I love living here, it’s very convenient. It’s not a vet big neighborhood so it’s easy to find and at a great location. Free EV charging, love that.

I love this community and all of the staff members here at encore montrose. The amenities are always nice and clean. I never hear a lot of noise and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend encore montrose to my friends.
