I lived here for 5 years and I used to love it. Now there’s decline in quality. Maintenance is great. They need to do a revamping and make the amenities worth the price. The gym is subpar at best. There are 2 elevators (front and back) and they are constantly out of order. If it’s not one, it’s the other or both at the same time and you’re forced to take steep flights of stairs. Imagine climbing stairs in the summer! It’s sad because it was once great. Changes in management

I’ve been living here for about eight months and absolutely love it. The location is unbeatable as it backs up to the rice, village neighborhood that has fantastic sidewalks for walking and huge trees. Maintenance is fantastic. The amenities are very simple, but the pool and gym are great.

My first 2 years were amazing. Management was nothing less than Exceptional and maintenance has always been amazing. Unfortunately in my latter years Management has been everything but professional, courteous and caring. I try my best not to deal with with them and I don't understand why the senior leadership of this property hasn't done anything about it. I use to be proud to share with my friends how wonderful it was to live here, now I just say "oh I live in the museum district near downtown". When I first moved in there was this amazing scent they would use in the common areas and hallways, but now all you smell is Fabuloso. The office (as far as the eye can see) is well kept so it gives a false impression. I miss that scent now that I think about it. Ask me why I have stayed in spite of...I'm recovering from a serious illness that attacked my body and income. I didn't have the strength or finances to move. Now that has changed and I'm looking for a new place within the next few months.

After living here for almost three years, I have officially decided not to renew. They got a new manager named AJ and ever since he joined the place has really gone downhill. The elevators are always broken, packages and door decorations are stolen, and the noise complaints have gotten out of control. Management NEVER acknowledges any of it. Not even a message that they are working on it or are aware of the situation. When I first moved in, the place was great. I renewed twice and generally do like my apartment, but it is not worth the price anymore.

Maintenance team is always on time, always do the job well done and in a quick manner. They are professional, friendly and respectful. Same goes for all the staff at Encore. Amenities are always clean. Every time I call or email the front office they reply in a short time.

Very quiet and calm area. Very nice amenities for all. Clean and accesible. The staff always helpful and kind. The partaking spot is good too. And the corridors are quiet. In general it’s a good place.

Everything is perfect, I like our leasing office, they are professional and patient. But sometimes I can hear the noise from neighbors, and the highway, which sometimes may bother me. Additionally, the blinds don't block out enough light.

I am a new resident at Encore Montrose. The entire experience so far has been amazing. From the initial tour, to the move-in, the management team has been topnotch. And the property is safe, beautiful and in an amazing location. I plan on making this my home for a long time.

I felt good to choose encore Montrose, the 1B1B is nice and good equipped. Really nice building, quiet and energy saving. I really appreciate the assistance from the agent manager Yesenina, she is really helpful and professional for helping with my lease.

Encore is a beautiful apartment complex and wonderful if you have dogs. The real-grass dog park is perfect for dog lovers. When friends and family visit they love the layout of our apartment and always admire the high ceilings and fixtures. It’s very well maintained. I also feel very safe in this complex.
