This is a very clean building, with beautiful amenities. My apartment was exactly as I saw it online and it is exactly what I was looking for. I love having an asigned parking spot. Been living here for a couple of days but so far so good.

Responsive and pleasant maintenance & staff but they're outmanned by the spectacularly bad construction and durability of the building. Unwinterized pipes repeatedly burst and flood apartments. Funky things happen with the electric wiring- from fans buzzing to outlets shorting. Toilets flush well but make weird groans throughout the day. Sheetrock & base molding crack because of how the building moves/ vibrates. There's a meaaaannn german roach infestation in the west building. And then there are occasional break-ins in the garage because its layout and lack of surveillance makes it opportune for ne'er-do-wells to steal in the wee hours of the night. However the common areas are nice and underutilized. The location is great. Neighbors/ People are chill. I will miss having two exercise rooms.

I've had an amazing time here, and I can't wait to keep living here. It is super quite and everything is effective. The maintenance staff is nothing but amazing. I'm grateful for living here. Everything is great.

Overall I am pleased with my experience, but there are a few concerns. One being that since I have moved in people have stolen cars out of the parking garage not once, not twice, but three times since I have moved in. I have only been living here 4 months and the apartment complex has done nothing to remedy the problem all they say is “crime can happen anywhere” so I’m sure it will continue to be a problem.
