We like it here, it's a great value and good location. People are nice here, and the management is responsive and cares about us and our living experience. Walls are a little thin so we use a noise machine to sleep at night.

Great ???? place to live and enjoy ur family and friends.We have visitors and they love this place wonderful place to live so many wonderful things to do everyday. Like the gym it's very important for health. People are friendly.

I am living here at the moment and it seems great to me, the place is very beautiful and clean is what I like most, the neighbors are respectful and when something is damaged and they immediately send someone and fix it immediately, I like it??

When we have requested maintenance, we received the order and the issue was handled promptly. Once the issue was remedied, an email was sent by the office as well as the maintenance person. The leasing office has been quite helpful with answers to our questions

Overall, the Meritage seems like a wonderful staff and community! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The only unsatisfactory part is the tenants that lived here before us clearly did not take care of this unit :( The entire apartment smells bad, the fridge/freezer smell like something rotted and there are ants on one side of the apartment that are never ending.

Had it's ups and downs Monique is the BEST manager this community has ever had! The elevator s and front gates need to be replaced. They are frequently broken. The water pooling in the garage levels could be addressed. I strongly object to paying for the valet trash. I do not use it and there is no place to put the trash can so it is not visible!

A lot of amenities and rooms such as a wine room and a game room. Very spacious apartment but not a lot of storage space in the apartment. Overall great location and close to everything. Leasing process was fast and easy.

The move in process was easy and I appreciated how they allowed everything to be documented and payed for prior to move in, so that the transition would be smooth. The apartment looked great! The staff was helpful and attentive.

The meritage is a very nice property with great amenities. The people who live here have been very nice. The staff are helpful and kind as well. We love it here. My kids have enjoyed the pool and i have enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
