Excelent aparment and good community, It is very security and this building is well located and with many commercial establishments nearby. the spaces of the community are very comfortable and have excellent care.

Tia was awesome. Took a while for approval but apartment still wasn't ready on the date I was originally told. But you changed the monthly price because of your slow turn around times. I responded quickly each time. Then I am fined because without my knowledge my electric company did not activate service. I had an account number and confirmation number and walked in the apt and there was power so I assumed it was on. It was only 1 day delay because they couldn't contact me because I was at work I submit a request for no hot water. The manager who didn't speak on move in until after the fact, she tells me that isn't urgent because there is no water. Well no hot water is urgent to me Luckily I like the property because I know other residents that live here. I also liked the property because of the amenities that were supposed to be complete in 2 weeks. Well I have been in the apartment 2 weeks and still no progress on that pool...

It's been a decent experience but I may not renew my lease. The noise is too much and I had maintainence issues upon my immediate move it. The leasing agents and manager are amazing. I love their attentiveness

Beautiful and nice and quiet but it needs a lot of things to be change in the building.. you have to pay for the parking lot and you have to pay for trash also when you have party you have to pay for the room. It needs to be build game room for kids and baby.
