Even tho I'm new to the community residents are nice and calm no loud noise at night and people keep to themselves, the area of the community feels safe. And the complex it's close to a lot of stores and metro stops and it's across the street from my kids school which is a big plus. Office staff is friendly and try to get it done fast whatever the issue is or if you just have questions or complaints. Nice place overall.

I lived in this neighborhood for since 2015 to bow. Good community, bus transportation, fast food, and restaurant. It's mostly -------- area. Great gas station nearby. Might could find the houses around this community.

Positive outcomes are: Great landscaping, very quiet, affordable rent, neighbors are nice, parking spaces have improved, maintenance is currently improving with the new app to report work orders, paying rent with the app is very convenient, just use your bank account to avoid fees, security responds well with noise and evicts if neighbors don't follow the rules. Negatives - vandalized mail boxes and vehicle, entrance gate doesn't work properly, trespassers are thiefs that come to destroy property which can be fixed by updating mail box security and entrance gate.

Till date i am living in this Appt but they r not providing me any service after giving work requests, they go on increasing my rent, my floor have to be changed, need cooking range, all my pending job

The community is quite & hardly any problems with the neighbors. The apartment is near the school, grocery stores & a few shopping centers. Overall, it a great place to start your new home. Highly recommend this apartment

It is a nice place to rooms are spacious you can sleep peaceful only day you will get disturb is when they come to cut the grass and when the garbage truck come to pick up the garbage. Orelse everything is good.

The apartments have a good look from outside.Inside they need more work done due to lack of electricity and leaking water problems I heard from other neighbors they have same issues. There's people that throw trash(beer bottles) anywhere they walk.I Would say atleast 1 sigh parking lot for an apartment.

Appartment is good but Maintence service is poor service can be improved by giving YES attitude treat your coustmer as your guest not as a coustmer like it come and go tell your guest that guest is always right

Have no words to express...disappointed with maintenance issues...has been reported 2 weeks back water is leaking under the dishwasher ...wooden cabinets about to collapse due to soaking ..food processing unit chocked stinks bad... visited office 2 times , was told that it will be looked at on the next day. But till date nothing has been done Appt 4402

I moved into these apartments in September of 2018 and here it is January 2019 and I am ready to move out. The rent is due every month in full and on time but you have to wait weeks on end for maintenance repairs to be completed. Front off staff continuously send out notices for "alleged" lease violations but do not enforce those same violations committed by other tenants. Bicycle's, tall patio chair and a raised but stuck window blind was the violation of lease that I committed. Tedious is a nice word to describe that. Not to mention that the property has multiple random dogs on the loose with no regards to the safety of the tenants. Office closes you'll see all the bbq pits, 12 packs of beer and loud music played to loudest decibels known to Man. At this point I feel that I made a bad choice moving in to this apartment community. I have yet to have an actual good experience being here and looking to move as soon as my lease expires.
